Yogic philosophy has been a big part of her journey as well as plant medicine. All this background was integrated on a deeper level when she also connected the mind through studying NLP & Hypnosis. Having a body, mind & soul integrated outlook on life allows her to have an in dept understanding of how powerful meditations can be. Her big purpose in life is to connect women back to themselves by creating as safe space in the body by clearing out what is energetically no longer needed she does this through mindset work, bodywork & energetic release. She's passionate about ALL women coming back into their natural YIN flow state of trust, surrender & attraction so they can live life with ease and flow, which I teach inside yin yoga, retreats, workshops, and mentorship journeys.
