Today we will be connecting with your inner self,

Your soft self,

Your true self,

The self where you are allowed to feel your emotions,

Good or bad,

With no judgement.

I invite you to close down your eyes,

Feel the breath and the hum of energy in your body.

Run your fingers over the palm of your hand and notice any sensations here.

What can you feel?

Your touch is bringing you closer to yourself,

Closer to feeling alive.

You are real.

You are meant to feel.

So often we numb the feelings inside.

Let this be a reminder today that it is okay to feel.

All of your wisdom,

All of your truth,

Let it live.

Allowing all of your breath to come through,

In and out.

Placing a hand here on your heart now,

Repeating these words.

I see you.

I hear you.

I love you.

These words help us shift into our hearts and shine the light on our presence which often gets neglected.

Our love for who we truly are.

To be yourself is not shameful.

Do not let shame come with this discovery.

Keeping your hand here on your heart centre.

I see you.

I hear you.

I love you.

Love and compassion for yourself and what is most needed now and always.

You are not wrong.

For not loving or listening to your body or your heart's wisdom,

You are simply not taught how to do it.

Placing a hand here again back on your heart.

I see you.

I hear you.

I love you.

You are soft.

You are not stone.

You can change and grow and blossom into many things.

No matter how much it feels like it,

You are not stuck in your ways.

You are warm and sensitive.

I see you.

I hear you.

I love you.

Give yourself permission to feel what asks to be felt.

Feeling instead of hiding or running away lets you be free.

You do not need to be strong.

Act strong.

You can simply be.

I see you.

I hear you.

I love you.

Learn to stand in your openness.

Learn to allow feelings and emotions to flow in,

Whatever they are,

Under all fear,

Numbness,

Anger or avoidance,

Under chaos,

Despair and worry.

You are soft and you are light.

I see you.

I hear you.

I love you.

Give yourself permission to receive unconditional love at all times,

Speak to the softest part inside of you.

I see you.

I hear you.

I love you.

Deeply take a breath in.

Feel the light opening.

This is how we open fearlessly and lovingly to a deeper listening and love.

Gently opening up your eyes now,

Try and hold this softness in your day.

Sometimes, I deeply wish that I could numb my feelings. But as en empathy, I seem to live as an exposed nerve, feeling everything at fullest intensity. So, why did my heart clench after "I see you, I hear you..." , praying you weren't going to ask me to say "I love you" to myself? But you did, so I followed suit. Many times. It never got easier. Maybe, with repetition, it will. Thank you.
