
Happy Place Vacation Staycation And Share The Peace

You will be led into a deep relaxation and guided into an experience of an ideal location of imagination. Once here, you may take on the physical sensations of being refreshed as if taking a lengthy vacation and release stress energy and mental fatigue. Coming from a place of physical and mental wellness, you will have the opportunity to envision increased peace and harmony around the globe. Based on the concept described in the Maharishi Effect, we hope to elevate human consciousness.

We'll just settle in right here,
Right now.
Just becoming aware of our breath,
Drawing our attention to the breath as we let our attention fall away from all the outside stuff.
Still leaving my eyes open at this point.
Just settling in here.
Noticing the chair or maybe it's a cushion or a mat,
Yoga mat,
Whatever you like to meditate with.
Just noticing how it connects with your body.
Noticing any points on the body where it supports you.
Just realizing that,
For this time,
We are supported.
So that's one less thing that we need to be concerned about.
Just continually to watch that breath.
It's really bringing us into this present moment.
All right.
So today,
We're going to do an easy eye exercise.
I don't want to have anybody strain unless you're feeling called to that.
But just gently,
We're going to breathe in deeply.
And as we do,
We're going to allow the eyes to head up towards the ceiling.
About a 45 degree angle is great.
We're going to hold our breath in and hold that vision up.
We're not moving our head,
Just our eyes.
We'll hold the breath in for a little bit and then we'll exhale.
Breathing in golden white light and breathing out all the spent up energy,
Stress,
Tension,
Or any thoughts from the day or tomorrow.
So let's go ahead and do that together now.
So we'll just breathe in deeply through the nose.
Allowing those eyes to roll up towards the ceiling and hold them up and hold the breath in.
Noticing any sensations that come to mind in the body.
And then as we exhale,
Just allow those eyes to gently go back to a resting position.
We're going to do this again.
We're going to breathe in deeply,
Picturing golden white light and allow our eyes to roll back up.
Without moving our head,
Just looking towards the ceiling.
Holding for a moment,
Just picturing that golden white light moving throughout our body,
Just bringing a relaxed state of being.
And then exhale fully,
Just allow those eyes to just go back into that resting position.
We're going to do one third and final breath in,
Allowing our vision of our eyes to roll up.
Just hold it in for a moment.
This is just to trigger our mind into going into an alpha state.
So as we release this time,
Allow your eyes to just gently close if you're comfortable with your eyes being closed during meditation,
Allowing them to go into that resting position.
Eyes closed if you like,
Of course you don't have to.
So now we'll just breathe normally but fully,
Just allowing our body to become more relaxed.
Every breath we take in just brings a cleansing,
Refreshing energy.
Just massages away any tension.
Just moving into this present moment.
Now envisioning a golden ball of white light.
Maybe it looks like the sun.
The eyes are like a nice beach ball right above our head.
Just imagine it there,
Knowing that it's just pure white light energy,
Comforting,
Calm,
Clean.
Just imagine it getting a little brighter,
A little larger,
And allow it to just gently descend until it touches the top of your scalp.
Maybe you can even feel a little tingling,
A little warmth.
Just going to allow that to continue to descend,
Fully encircling our head.
And as it does,
It just gently massages and soothes any forehead tension,
Our ears,
Our cheekbones and our jaw.
That's just fully engulfing the head.
And as it does,
It just completely relaxes all the muscles where the skin connects,
All of it.
It's just gently being soothed.
It just continues to expand and enlarge and descend even further as it relaxes through our neck,
Our shoulders,
Our upper back,
Out through our arms.
All the tension,
Any ligament pressures are falling away.
It's also just sweeping away any thoughts.
All that matters right now is this golden ball of white light.
It's just bringing a nice feeling to the body,
Gently holding it,
Gently massaging and releasing any of that spent up energy,
Stored up,
Stress-free radicals that roam our body.
They're just being flushed out.
This white light just allows it to fall away.
Just continuing that ball of white light growing larger,
Brighter,
More powerful,
Sweeping through and all around our body,
Just really wiping the slate clean.
All that stress memory that our muscles hold is being released right now.
So it just continues down through our chest and our back,
Our torso,
Our abdomen.
And just allow it,
If there's anywhere that needs a little extra tension,
You can allow it just to hang there a little longer,
Maybe even focusing some of its energy right into that spot.
Just imagine the energy swirling around any like knots that you may have in your back or other places.
That golden white light,
That ball is just drawing that energy,
That pure energy from all around us,
From the universe.
As it's drawing it in,
It's just more restorative,
More cleansing,
Just more refreshing the body,
The cell's energy.
Just imagine the energy swirling around any like knots that you may have in your back or other places.
That golden white light,
That ball is just drawing that energy,
That pure energy from all around us,
From the universe.
As it's drawing it in,
It's just more restorative,
More cleansing,
Just refreshing the body,
Around the waist,
The hips,
Our glutes,
Continuing through our thighs,
Our quads,
Our hamstrings,
Just all physical tension is just melting away.
With it,
Any thoughts,
Any thoughts are still coming up,
Just allow them to roll away also.
We'll all be there when we need them later,
But right now it's just this golden ball of white light that's fully just taking in our entire physical body,
Swirling all around it,
Just restoring.
It's continuing to take in the calves,
The shins,
The knees,
Our ankles,
Arches of our feet,
Those top bones of our feet,
And out through the toes.
Now this golden ball of white light is just swirling all around us,
Just holding us in this space,
Deeply connecting with that inner essence,
That part within us that's always existed,
The part that always will.
Pure energy.
Just going to take a minute to allow our body to more deeply relax.
So each of us on our own,
Paying attention to our breath,
Watching every single bit of it,
From where it enters through our nose,
To where it goes down the throat,
Noticing the sensation in the rise and the fall of the chest,
Noticing when it becomes an exhale and then leaves our body,
Knowing that each breath in just relaxes the body more fully.
Each breath out just brings more peace of mind in this present moment.
Now as we continually,
Just breathing fully but regularly,
Nothing forced,
Just know that each breath is bringing us more into this moment,
Allowing any thoughts to arise to just pass by,
To just fall away back into the nothingness from which they came,
Always rising and always falling back,
Just observing the breath.
So as we continually just go deeper and deeper into this state of relaxation,
I invite you to bring to mind your happy place,
Maybe a place that you would go on a vacation,
Maybe a place you would just go to be in peace for a moment.
Just allow that to arise in your imagination.
It could be a real place,
It could be completely made up,
It could be a beach,
It could be a forest,
It could be something on a different planet,
It could be something even in between the planets,
Maybe just in space.
Just envision whatever for you brings a sense of just calm,
A sense of everything being okay for right now.
No phones to answer,
No meetings,
No dirty dishes.
Just in our,
A special place,
A place that just speaks calm,
Peace,
Rest,
Complete relaxation with no cares.
Just allowing your imagination to fully fill into this space.
What does it look like all around you?
See if you can notice four or five different things.
Just notice that there's any physical sensations that can help.
Notice if there are any physical sensations.
If you chose the beach,
You're in a hammock,
Maybe laying in a grassy field,
Floating on a cloud.
Wherever you are in your imagination,
Just see if you can have any physical sensations.
Is there any warmth?
Maybe a coolness?
Any physical sensations on the body?
Maybe it's a blanket?
Just in a perfect state of relaxation away from it all.
In this space,
All that matters right now is your comfort.
There you go.
Maybe while you're here,
You allow just a tiny bit of a gentle smile to rest upon your face.
You can bring to mind any other sensations.
If this was a vacation,
Or if this was your way of being.
Is there anything else that you would like to have with you here?
Allow that to come into your awareness.
Maybe it's some food or beverage.
Maybe it's a companion.
Just allowing any sounds,
Any pleasant sounds that just bring soothing to the soul.
More deeply,
You can imagine yourself being in this place right now.
More sensations,
Feelings,
Emotions that you can bring in.
The more it makes it real.
I bring my awareness just kind of down within,
Down my spine,
Into my heart space.
Where I am invited to just open up as if my inner self within my body,
Like the body just feels first like a jacket wrapped around me.
As I envision myself getting into that,
Then I can just allow it to open up.
I really move into this space that I imagine becomes more and more real,
Tangible in my imagination.
We're just going to use the power of our imagination to make this a lengthy vacation.
Right where we're at.
I've been there for a day.
A couple days.
Maybe there's even some memories from these couple days that I created.
And I just go more deeply into the state of calm and relaxation because we've been acclimated.
We've been in this state for days on end.
And in this state right now,
We know that really,
At the core of all that is,
Everything is going to be okay.
There's a part of us that existed before we entered into this body.
Part of us that's always been with us,
Always just observing.
It's a part of us,
But yet it's bigger than us.
It's that part of us that is part of everybody.
Part of us that will exist when we leave these bodies behind.
That is the part that's just here to observe,
To just watch and experience itself and experience all it is.
Through the eyes of each and every one of us.
To take in all the beauty,
All the wonder,
All the diversity,
Magnificence.
That's the part right now that's really fully just taking in this relaxation,
This little staycation that you're on right now.
And for that part of it,
It is absolutely real.
Our imagination has creative power in that space.
Opening up to that creative power.
I invite you to just open up from your heart space.
If you feel comfortable with this,
Just imagine feelings of peace and calm just pouring out of you.
As if you were a rock dropped into a perfectly flat lake.
Those feelings just ripple out across in all directions,
Just sending healing,
Compassionate,
Calming,
Peaceful energy across the entire globe.
And as it goes and connects with everything and everyone throughout.
Connects with that part within them as well.
Always awakening to more and more of the capacity of that compassion and caring.
The desire to allow needs to be met.
Beyond that,
Desires to be realized.
The dreams to be made real.
A deeper part of us that is here to express so much more,
Experience so much more.
Always on this endless journey.
A deep part of us.
One part of the journey to another,
But always taking it in.
I envision just a golden white light shining out from my heart space that goes and connects with that heart space within everybody else on this planet who is wishing to increase the peace.
That golden white light just shines more brightly each time it connects with another.
Sending positive ripples throughout the collective consciousness.
To allow the fear to fall away and just be replaced with the knowing that just like within us,
Where this calm place is that we can escape to anytime we want.
Anytime we want to have calm,
We can just go into this space.
Even temporarily.
Just connecting to that spot within us.
That's always okay.
Recognizing that the macrocosm,
That same inner calm is there as well.
So as we bring our attention and awareness to it is able to come to the surface and quiet that surface noise.
Just bring a calm throughout the world.
Holding up love and a calm for all it is.
And I invite you just to bring that place right back into where you're at,
Into our vacation.
Knowing that everything is good.
Underneath it all,
All is well.
Now you've had this perfect vacation.
It's the perfect length.
It is fully rejuvenized.
It restores your peace of mind.
You come back with the perfect energy that you need right now to do whatever comes next in your day or evening,
Depending when you're listening to this.
