We begin with a deep relaxation and meld into the space around us, recognizing our energetic reality and illusion of physical reality. We proceed to visualize and activate our chakras and send that energy to places that could use some healing, both in our individual aspects and global aspects. We finsih by intentionally leaving this flow of energy active to pave the way of our life experience going forward to experience more harmony in all we do.

Welcome to this meditation.

I invite you to get comfortable in your seats,

Get any wiggles out,

Any shifting,

Becoming aware of our breath,

Letting the body and the mind know that we're about to take a pause from everything else.

So right where we're at,

Our eyes open,

I want you just to relax,

Looking forward,

Noticing the seat or the surface that's supporting your body,

Becoming aware of the contact points,

Noticing how that feels,

Recognizing that as it supports our body that that's one less thing that we have to worry about,

Becoming comfortable in our surroundings.

Let's bring our attention to our our vision.

So as we're relaxed and looking forward,

Let's switch our awareness from any one focal point to the full peripheral.

Without moving our eyes around,

We're becoming aware of our complete surroundings from our peripheral field of vision,

Maybe noticing a little shift in sensation in the mind.

We're engaging different parts of the of the brain at this point.

So while we're doing this,

Let's bring our attention to our breath as well,

Noticing every aspect of the breath from the millisecond that it starts to enter,

Sensation as our chest rises,

Our belly pushes out,

We're breathing with our diaphragm,

Feeling of relaxation as our breath becomes an exhale.

Allow yourself to do any more shifting,

Maybe a little roll of the neck,

Helping to facilitate more relaxation in our physical body,

While still being aware of our full peripheral field.

Let's continue to let our our vision,

Our focus soften up a little bit.

So we're looking with our peripheral,

But we're looking kind of at the space in our body,

But we're looking kind of at the space in between.

Rather than having a sharp focus on any one object,

We're just going to let our focus and our vocal muscles relax a little bit,

Almost as if we're going slightly cross-eyed,

Bringing our awareness to that space in between,

Shifting our awareness,

Just opening us up to a little bit more of the natural world around us.

There's more to all that we have in front of us than just what we can see.

All right,

With that continued soft focus,

Let's take a deep breath in through our nose and hold that.

Again,

With that soft focus,

While we're holding our breath,

Maybe before I start to see just a little bit of like a vibration or flittering,

Kind of in that space,

Light in between you and whatever objects are further away.

And when you're ready,

Just allow a deep exhale,

Really inviting your body to relax deeply into this moment.

And with that soft focus,

Inviting ourselves to relax more deeply into the space around us,

Really kind of blurring the lines between where we begin and where we end.

Between where we begin and where the space around us ends.

We're more part of our environment than the physical reality might tell us or what our eyes might tell us.

So,

Let's take in another deep breath.

We hold that in,

Again with that soft focus,

Eyes open,

Recognizing there's a palpable energy in the air,

The field around us,

That we're part of that.

This whole material,

Natural world is ultimately electrons,

Neutrons,

Protons,

All interacting together.

And as you exhale this time,

Allow any thoughts that might still be wanting to pop up in our mind,

Inviting them to subside,

Relaxing more deeply into this present moment.

Then we'll do a third,

Final deep breath in,

And hold it for just a moment.

Preserving any other sensations in the body that might be speaking to us,

Maybe somewhere that we'll try to relax a little bit here in a moment.

Feeling yourself into the space around you,

Into that soft focus.

And with a gentle smile on your face,

Let's just be as you're ready,

Allow a deep exhale.

And if you like your eyes closed while meditating,

Allow them to gently close now.

Fully into this moment.

We'll continue our awareness on that breath,

Visualizing each breath in as a cleansing bright light,

Nurturing each individual cell of our body,

Every fiber of our being.

And then each breath out,

Allowing it to pull away any tension,

Ligament pressures,

Any concerns,

Fears,

Worries,

Allowing it to pull away all thoughts outside of this present moment.

Opening up into the idea that right now,

We're just going to be able to see the light,

The light of the universe,

The light of the universe,

Opening up into the idea that right now,

Everything is okay.

Everything else we can deal with when we have to,

But right now we can let it all just be okay for the moment.

Connecting to that deeper part of ourselves.

There is this part of us that is always going to be okay.

Each breath is taking us more fully into this moment.

Now let's open up to the intelligence that's contained within our bodies,

As we continue to relax more deeply.

Where in your body can you still relax a little more?

Where parts of your body are holding on to any tension or perhaps stored emotions,

A part of your body might want a little more relaxation.

Sometimes just a gentle shift can free that.

Other times it might be a little more pressing.

There's somewhere in your body that's holding on or causing discomfort.

Let's visualize that cleansing and healing breath entering in through the,

Through your nose.

Entering as white light,

Just going right to that spot of your body that wants that attention.

Just allow it to sort of orbit around that.

If it's an energetic light,

Repairing the cells,

Attention,

Like a small massage.

Just a nurturing and a caring for that spot of the body,

Not judging it or telling it needs to be different.

Just letting it know that we see it.

You can even mentally ask that part of the body if there's some message,

Something that it wants you to become aware of.

Maybe you'll receive a little image or flash of intuition.

Whatever it is,

If something comes up,

Stop for acknowledgement.

If you're not aware of the body,

You're not aware of the body,

You're not aware of the body.

Whatever it is,

If something comes up,

Stop for acknowledgement and remind yourself that you'll remember it later.

You can gently let it move to the side for right now.

So whether you're sitting or lying down,

Let's use the image of a string.

It's going to connect to the top of our head and run through our body,

Connecting us to the base of our spine.

It's just going to gently pull us into an alignment.

Gentle tug,

Elongating our spine just enough to open up for any circulation to happen.

Starting at the base of our spine,

Let the apirineum visualize a red light,

A real chakra.

Starting to grow brightly,

Soothing,

Connecting us with the ground.

And we're going to move just a little upward on our spine and around to where we feel pressure on our bladders and the picture an orange light.

It's glowing,

Allowing this energy to be flowing.

Allowing this energy to be flowing and moving up again to our solar plexus,

Just about three fingers or so up above our belly button.

We're going to picture the yellow light glowing,

Wrapping around in our body,

Connecting us to a deeper knowing.

We're going to allow this visualization to continue up right into the center of our heart space,

Glowing green light,

Green energetic.

Again,

Continuing with our spine,

Spinal cord being just slightly elongated,

Opening up for more of that flow of energy coming up from our base up now to our throat,

Speaking space.

You're going to see a nice blue glowing light.

This energy is just going to continue up to the space right between our eyebrows.

Gentle indigo,

Nice deep purple light,

And then continuing up in this sort of swirling pattern right around the top of our scalp.

Nice violet color,

And just continuing up,

Connecting us with the infinite of the heavens.

But the heavens,

So this energetic connection from the center of the earth all the way up through our spine,

Connecting us with the cosmos,

And then creating a circuit where the energy returns from the cosmos,

Bringing exactly what we need that it then just flows down through the front of our body,

Back into the ground,

Connecting us pools of energy at our base and pools of energy at our crown,

At our crown,

Flow throughout our body.

As this continues to flow through,

You can bring this image of the rainbow energetic anywhere in our body that might need a little healing or a little TLC,

Or maybe it's an emotion somewhere in our body that could use just some gentle attention.

Something has been bothering you,

Or you would just like to bring a little comfort to whatever image that conjures.

Just allow that image of rainbow energetic going and soothing,

Whatever it is that you could just use a little little piece right now.

So allowing that idea,

That image,

And that this energy is infinite,

That it's ready to flow through us as much or as little as we are willing to allow it,

Knowing that we don't have to expend any energy that depletes us.

And as we shift and direct our energy around into the world,

It flows through us as much as we can envision and imagine that to be.

So as much or as little as you're willing to open up to this idea,

This collective consciousness of humanity,

This energetic field that we have individually,

That we have this same energetic field globally.

So from the center of your heart space,

Allowing that energy that's flowing in from behind to flow out through you,

You can visualize that feeling presence energy from above and from the earth from all around flowing out to anywhere in the earth that you feel could use a little TLC right now as well.

It can be any anything,

Weather pattern or any drought or any food shortages or any lack of peace,

Anywhere that his harmony exists,

Many people that can use the awareness of compassion.

Recognizing that as we view humanity as one unit,

That wherever there's pain,

That wherever there's pain,

That pain is there in that oneness.

So just by bringing our awareness to it,

Not forcing it to change or resistance,

Just letting it know that we are aware.

And that just maybe through this visualization of sending this complete energy spectrum,

Desires of wellness,

And on some level,

Some plane,

Some form of energy that something can shift.

Creating an image of that energy through the spaces that we've chosen to put our focus,

We can expand it throughout,

Swirling around the entire globe as it circles back to each of us individually.

We're creating this constant loop.

So that as we lay down to go to sleep,

We can take a brief second to visualize this loop,

This energetic flow continuing on,

Bringing more peace to ourselves while we sleep,

Creating more harmony in this collective consciousness field,

Bringing peaceful rest.

And then as we awaken in the morning,

Bringing this image to mind again,

Choosing to experience more peace and harmony throughout our days.

Opening up to that idea that the intention starts to create that,

Attract and draw that towards us.

So we can show up being that.

Gradually,

Little by little,

This becomes more of our way of being.

ITH of being.

Being again that energetic field that's circulating through and all around.

I invite you to allow that image again of that energy to flow throughout your body.

Bringing more harmony and peace within your physical nature.

Allowing it to continue through our thoughts and through our mind.

Our mental life.

And culminating through the center of our being.

That which we may call our soul.

May harmony throughout our mind,

Body,

Soul connection.

Recognizing the connection to the mind,

Body,

Soul connection of the entire planet and the universe.

As above,

So below.

The gentle smile on our face,

I invite you to offer yourself thanks for taking this time to go within.

Be more still in the moment.

Please receive my thanks for taking this time.

At the very least creating a little more harmony visually for the moment.

That's never a bad thing.

As we begin to come back from this space,

Recognizing the innate intelligence within our body,

Mind,

And soul.

So that each of us receives exactly whatever state of being that we need right now for this next part of our day or night,

Wherever we're at.

Knowing that we are perfectly refreshed,

Rejuvenated entities.

Back into this space.
