As a former college athlete and current triathlete, I always believed fitness and nutrition were paramount to improving my performance and overall health. I began to unlock the power of the mind and body connection through a 10-day silent meditation retreat and began applying mindfulness principles and techniques to areas in my life like eating, parenting, and friendships. I now work with organizations (over 200!) to design wellness programs for their employees that center around mindfulness.
