Use this energy bubble visualization to feel safe, protected, and supported by who you are. Keep your inner peace and calm, and detach from fear, hatred, and judgment that is being projected around/towards you. This is especially useful when you feel affected by other people's energies and wish to detach from them.

Arrive in your body.

Connect with your breath.

Rest into the moment of now,

Now,

Now.

You are safe.

You are supported.

There is nothing else for you to do right now.

Breathe in through the nose,

Inflating the belly,

The lungs,

Rising and lengthening the spine up to the crown of the head.

Exhale the awareness back down the body.

Inhale through the nose,

Inflate lower belly,

Lower back,

Chest,

Upper back,

The whole head.

Exhale,

Relax the shoulders and untuck the belly.

Again,

Inhale from lower spine,

Middle spine,

Upper spine,

Neck and head.

Exhale,

Let it go and ground into your seat.

Facing on the out-breath to be grounded and restful within this moment.

Making space between the eyebrows,

Unclenching the jaw,

Letting go any gripping,

Any tension,

Any forceful or stagnant energy.

I invite you to imagine that you are surrounded by a bubble.

You are inside a big transparent ball.

This big transparent ball is like either a bubble gum bubble or a soap bubble with the colors that soothe your soul.

Maybe there are shades of pink and green and blue and purple or maybe it's simply transparent.

Notice what the bubble that you are surrounded and supported by.

Notice the quality of the space within the bubble that is supporting you.

Imagine it being calm yet energizing,

Very supportive.

Inside this bubble,

You can really be you.

You can even imagine that the bubble is really big so that when you rise to standing mentally,

You can extend your arms up above your head and not even touch the ball,

Not even touch the edge.

You can dance,

You can jump.

You feel free inside this bubble.

It is your sacred space.

It is your environment to be unattached and unaffected by external judgment or external struggles or distractions or fears and doubts and worries of everyone around you.

You are safe from all of that inside your bubble.

Feel that safety and freedom to be you right now in your body.

See if you can try to relax your breath and maybe scan the body once again for any tension or unnecessary gripping or clenching and let that go.

Whatever experience brought you here right now,

Whatever hatred,

Fear,

Worry,

Judgment that you've been experiencing,

Imagine that they were coming at you but they were being blocked and stopped by your bubble.

Just like if those words that came at you were coming towards the ball and the bubble,

The balloon that you're in and they just bounced right back off.

So you are not affected by them.

You feel safe within your bubble.

Imagine that those things are being thrown at you,

But actually they're being bounced right back off so that they are sent back to the person who said those judgment or those harmful words because it does not belong to you.

Feel the relief in your body right now.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Inflating that belly,

The chest,

Lengthening the spine.

Feel with more relief,

Relaxation and presence of the now,

Now,

Now.

Relief and supported within your energy bubble.

You may choose to stay here as long as you wish and remember that you can mentally and energetically create this bubble around you anytime you feel like you will be or are affected by other people's judgments or by the news or by any worry or fear or hatred that is being projected by others around you.

You can choose to have all of that bounced right off of your energy balloon so that you are not only detached but unaffected so that you can keep your inner peace and inner calm.

Let's take one more big breath in and out together.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Bring the hands to your heart,

Connecting back into your body,

Feeling the toes maybe wiggling them,

Feeling the seat you are on.

Maybe roll the shoulders up and back as you arrive back into your body.

Very gently,

With a smile on your face and at your heart.

Open the eyes.

May this energy bubble protect you and support you in times when you feel vulnerable and affected by other people's judgments and projections.
