With the eyes closed,

Allow your awareness to free up space between the eyebrows,

Relaxing the eyes into their orbit,

Relaxing the jaw,

Noticing if there is any tension that you are waking up with.

Separate the teeth,

Keep the lips touching,

And bring your awareness to the tip of your nose.

Notice the breath in and out,

In and out.

Before doing anything else in your day,

You get to tune in to this flow,

In and out.

Allow each exhale to relax the body,

Sink into the support underneath you.

Allow the breath to be the guidance to the now.

If your mind is going to the to-do list,

Or the dream you had,

Or the message that just popped on your phone,

Come back to the breath.

Allow the breath to be your anchor.

Let the breath be your guide so that if at any point you get knocked off track,

The breath gets to be your reminder that you are safe right here,

Right now.

Let's breathe three times on purpose together.

Exhale.

Inhale for three.

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale,

Relax.

Three,

Two,

One.

Again,

Inhale.

One,

Two,

Three.

Feel expansive.

Exhale,

Relax.

Three,

Two,

One.

One more deep breath in.

Long breath out.

Beautiful.

Now you get to choose how to paint your canvas.

You get to choose what energy to call in for your day.

And before you bring in a new energy for the day ahead or for the week ahead,

Tune in to what it is that you are feeling like right now.

In other words,

How are you?

How are you really?

Thank you for being honest with yourself in this present moment.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Notice how the answer to how are you lands in your body.

Where do you feel the way you feel in the body?

To invite and attract a new way of being,

A new energy moving forward,

Let's take those three deep breaths.

Imagining that you were creating space in that one area of the body in which you feel the way you feel.

So if,

For example,

You feel a pinch behind the heart,

Imagine that just like little mini lungs,

They were to expand inside that pinch behind the heart.

So that with every breath you create more space,

More expansion,

More presence.

Exhale everything.

Breathe in through the nose.

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale.

Three,

Two,

One.

Two more breaths right there at your own pace.

Nice.

Feel a smile in that area of the body.

Feel a smile on your face.

Now,

What is the energy you want to embody for the rest of your day,

For the rest of the week?

You decide.

What is the energy you wish to embody?

Let the first word or feeling or energy that comes to you be enough.

And now imagine that that thing,

That way you want to feel,

That energy you want to embody.

Imagine the word in front of you,

Whatever resonates with you right now.

And now imagine that that word no longer is outside of you.

It is inside of you.

You get to feel that way now.

Well done.

Now come back to the breath.

Come back to relaxing your face.

Feel the peace and the ease in taking a few moments to choose you first.

Have a beautiful day.
