It helps you to get more present in your body and bring your awareness to your unconscious pain. This is a healing tool that you can use whenever you would like to release any discomfort, pain, stagnant energy on emotional, physical, mental levels.

Hello beautiful souls,

Take your seat,

Get comfortable,

Just sit in a way or if you want you can even stand or you can lay down,

Just get comfortable on your place and whenever you're ready close the eyes and let's start this meditation with taking three deep breaths,

Breathe in,

Hold on the top,

Breathe out,

Feel that everything that doesn't belong to this moment here and now is just dropping,

Take another deep breath,

Hold on the top,

Breathe out,

Let go everything that doesn't serve you,

All the various anxieties,

Stress is just melting,

Take another deep breath,

Hold on the top and let it go,

Feel that you are dropping in your heart very fast and you feel the alignment on your mind,

Body and soul,

As you keep breathing you will feel all of these effects,

You will reconnect with your body on a deeper level,

You will become more and more present and right now imagine that you have roots on the end of your spine,

On your tailbone,

Feel your roots and feel that with every breath out your roots are going deeper to the mother earth and with every breath in you get the nurturing of mother earth to your body on a cellular level,

Feel the abundance,

The love,

The stillness,

Feel being safe totally in your body,

In your presence and right now take a deep breath,

Feel these amazing energies just connecting you to the skies,

Feel the connection with the spirit,

The gates to the spirit are open and you receive beautiful magical universal energy just swirling around your body in the colors of rainbow bringing you the energies that you exactly needed right now at this moment,

Beautiful and from this state,

Feel your connection with your heart,

Maybe bring one hand on your chest and feel the heart beats,

Feel the gratitude in your heart for giving this moment to yourself,

For existing,

For experiencing this amazing lifetime,

For breathing,

For being and from this point I want you to imagine for a while that you are on a cliff in front of the ocean,

You are sitting on the cliff in a totally safe space and you hear the tides,

You see this beautiful color of the ocean,

You smell its smell,

You feel the air,

The frequency,

The humidity,

You see the place that is just merging with the sky infinitely in front of you,

It is beautiful,

You can feel it,

Know it,

Experience it in the best way possible for you,

Just feeling the bliss of the moment and with this sad you start breathing in synchronicity with the ocean,

You are breathing through the nose and breathe out through the mouth,

Breathing through the nose,

Breathe out through the mouth,

Keep your breathing in synchronicity with the tides,

As you breathe out you feel everything that doesn't belong to you,

That doesn't serve to your highest good,

It is just melting away.

With every breath in you are receiving the empowerment,

The healing,

The inspiration,

The intuition,

Abundance and love on a cellular level.

Keep breathing together with the ocean.

Feel the release,

Feel the surrender to the moment,

Receive the love,

Receive the abundance,

Receive the healing.

As you keep breathing you feel getting more and more still,

Getting more and more,

Getting more and more balanced,

Getting more and more released.

You feel the support of the Divine.

Right now I want you to imagine in your safe space you are just sitting very comfortably on a bench or on the floor,

However is the best for you.

And you surrender to the moment fully.

And from here you are starting to receive even a deeper healing.

Imagine sitting on a beautiful,

Peaceful bench.

Just a couple meters away from the cliff you were just standing on.

Let's take a deep breath.

Feel the presence of this moment.

We're gonna ask our bodies a very beautiful thing.

Because we absorb so many things during our day and during our life.

We need to take time to release whatever is not serving us.

And at the cliffs you already released a lot of things.

Now we are going one level deeper.

Ask your body,

Beautiful body,

Beautiful subconscious.

Show me one thing that I can release now.

Show me one thing that I can release right now.

Now let whatever wants to come up,

Come up.

This can be a pain.

This can be a sensation,

A vibration.

This can be a memory,

An image,

A thought.

Let it come up now.

Whatever it is I want you to put your attention there.

Locate it in your body.

Place your attention there.

Let it become accepted.

Instead of resisting it,

How uncomfortable it may be,

Accept the feeling.

You can even say,

You are completely allowed inside my body.

I accept you completely right now.

Now maybe this already produced a slight shift in how it is presented to you.

Keep your attention there and keep breathing deeply.

Imagine that your attention is like a very warm golden light that shines light on this thing that has been trapped inside your body.

And this warm light is what needed for it to be seen,

For it to be allowed and for it to be transformed,

Alchemized into its higher purpose.

And maybe your attention can make it bigger or can make it more painful,

More uncomfortable.

It's okay,

Keep your attention there.

Allow the uncomfortability,

Allow the pain.

Let it be engulfed by the light of your attention.

Let this thing feel loved.

It needs to feel loved.

Be for a couple more moments just with you and the thing that your body showed to you.

Keep your attention there and if it wants to transform or change form,

Allow it.

Using all the new forms and all the new stages it wants to move in,

It's important that we allow it.

And take this.

Keep breathing deeply,

Deeply.

Keep putting your attention on that thing.

It's becoming lighter and lighter.

It's becoming lighter and lighter.

Now I want for you that this energy comes up.

And let it be in front of your heart area.

Whatever the energy may be,

Let's thank it for it's service.

Let's thank it for keeping us safe.

Let's thank it for protecting us from more pain.

Thank you.

Now it's time to release this pain.

It's time to set it free.

We're gonna do this in a very specific way.

I want you to take your right hand.

And with your right hand,

I want you to get your point finger,

Your middle finger and your ring finger together.

Put them together.

Three fingers.

You can put your thumb and your pinky finger away.

Those three fingers will serve like a magnet.

And with this magnet,

We're gonna move all the way from our belly button to our forehead,

Over the middle of our head,

All the way to the back of our neck and we release it.

And we're going to do that for three times.

So I want you to put those three fingers together.

Put them at your belly button.

And have the intention to release the pain,

The problem,

The memory,

The incident that we just focused on.

The intention is to release this energy right now.

Take a deep breath in and pull up your hand all the way through your heart,

Over your face,

All the way to the back of your neck and breathe out.

Let's do that again.

Put your fingers at your belly button.

Breathe in.

Take your hand up all the way through the middle of your body,

Through the middle of your forehead,

To the middle of the back of your head and breathe out.

One more time.

Take your hand all the way over your body,

Over your head and breathe out.

Now take one deep breath in.

Beautiful.

Feel your body and feel a sense of lightness.

And if there's still something there,

Feel free to do this movement more often until you fully released what needed to be released.

Feel a sense of lightness.

Maybe you're even a little bit light-headed.

This is because we used a magnet over our governing meridians.

And together with the power of our intention this creates an incredible command to our subconscious mind to release whatever we had in our intention.

Right now let's open our hands to the skies and just feel an incredibly divine white golden light coming from the skies.

This light is here to fill up all the gaps that the pain was hiding in.

Receive this light.

Let it rain upon your hands,

Let it rain upon your head and let it breathe that light in.

Let it circulate into all the different body parts using your breath,

Filling up your body with divine light and love.

Receive this beautiful,

Warming,

Caring light and know that it exactly knows where it needs to go.

So that whatever is released is right now filled up with the best energy just for you.

Give yourself a big hug for doing it.

In the next two to three days you will be completely released from the energy that was stored in your body for a long time.

This meditation you can use always to release whatever is not serving you.
