Sometimes the only way to truly be happy is to just let go of whatever is holding you back and to see what comes next.

To be brave and have blind faith.

Because the most powerful thing you could ever believe in is yourself.

Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.

Let's begin by closing down your eyes and taking a slow deep breath in.

Inviting your body to relax and settle as you breathe.

Letting your breaths be slow and consistent.

Allowing your muscles to unwind and relax.

Letting your shoulders fall to let your whole body go.

Fully relaxing into the surface that you are resting on.

Gently take your hands and touch the sides of your face,

With one palm resting on each cheek.

Hello you.

You are already here.

You are meant to be you.

You are meant to love you.

You always know what you want and what you need.

You already have all of the answers within you.

You just didn't realize it.

And that is okay.

Listen.

Listen to the precious voice within you.

The voice who says I love you.

The voice who says I need you to believe in me.

When you listen to that voice,

That one inside.

Listen carefully.

Listen gently.

You already hold everything within.

You already hold all of the answers to which you seek.

Trust yourself.

Trust your own mind.

Trust your desires and where they are trying to lead you.

You are a creator.

A force.

Everything that you decide matters to you,

Flows to you in a magnetic sort of way.

It's not supposed to be instantaneous.

It's all supposed to take time.

You are right on time.

It all starts in your mind.

With each and every thought.

With your perception.

Your intentions.

This is your life.

You are not falling behind.

It's all yours.

And I'm so proud of you.

These truths are yours to take with you.

Carry them always.

And if you forget,

You know where to find them.

Take a deep breath in.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
