Now, as a certified practitioner, she believes everyone can benefit from integrating awareness, breathing and relaxation techniques, and positive action into their daily lives. Her goal is to help others find peace and balance, and become more present in today’s fast-paced world by making guided exercises accessible and approachable to everyone – whether they're a beginner just starting out or an experienced practitioner looking for new insights.
