Inspired by the book The Miracle Morning, this practice looks to consciously shift the emotional state toward a chosen state of exhilaration, joy, and empowerment, feeling on top of the world. Unlike traditional meditation practices that focus on emptying the mind, this meditation invites you to shift your emotional state by intentionally filling your mind and body with thoughts, emotions, imagery, and posture that align with this specific emotional state. Through breath, awareness, and visualisation, you'll begin to train your nervous system and mindset. Get ready to embody the energy of feeling on top of the world!
