Let's close down our eyes and get into a comfortable seated position if you haven't done so already.

Once you close down your eyes,

Automatically start to change your breath.

Lengthening your breath,

Making them longer,

Slower,

Deeper breaths.

Relax your shoulders down,

Away from your ears.

See if you can let go of everything that is happening later in your day.

Right now,

We're in the moment.

Connect to your sit bones and feel that you're actually sat in meditation.

You're in your meditation right now.

So as you notice the mind pulling away to different thoughts or distractions,

Try and just bring your mind gently back to your breath.

Use your breath as your anchor.

So every time you drift off into thinking about stuff,

Pull yourself back to your breath and just feel your breath.

Observe your breath.

Just use it to bring yourself back into focus.

Let's escape our reality for a little while and go somewhere that's more magical,

Even though normal reality can be very magical.

Let's go somewhere more magical to serve the purpose of giving us some vibrant energy for the day so that we can get things done and accomplished and we feel full of life and strong and happy.

I'd like you to imagine that you are walking through a public park,

A big park,

The type of park that has quite big green lawns here and there.

There's maybe basketball courts and play areas for children,

A decent sized park.

There's areas in the park where it's just really pretty gardens.

Imagine that you're walking through the park and you're heading towards a bench to sit down in the garden area.

So taking your time,

It's a nice warm day.

Perfect weather to just be outside in nature.

Starting to notice that the noises from other people maybe in the park is moving into the background as you move over to the garden area and you take a seat on the bench that's there that you can see.

There's no one in this part of the park so it's quiet and peaceful.

Now everything else is just background noise.

Looking around as you sit down on the bench,

Looking at the plants and the flowers.

Noticing there's some butterflies,

Some bees.

Allow your shoulders to drop away from your ears even more.

Exhale and relax as if you finally can sit down and let go of some tension.

Make some space between your teeth.

Relax your jaw.

Feel the tension across your forehead and around your eyes just melting away.

Everything is softening and relaxing.

As you allow yourself to start to unwind in this space.

Kick off your socks and your shoes if you're wearing any and just feel the grass or the pavement or the dirt underneath your feet.

Connect to that natural earth material.

Wiggle your toes and just ground your body so that you start to get some energy from below,

From the earth.

Allow your feet to start to tingle and just tune into your feet and the sensation that you're creating on the surface beneath them.

You can slide your feet back and forward and just feel,

Connect.

Every time you take a breath in,

Start to use your inhales with more of an intention.

So breathe in as if you're sucking in the energy from the earth beneath your feet.

Like a pulling sensation.

Imagine that your breath can pull the glorious,

Wonderful earth energy up into your feet.

So you start to get more vibrance,

More energy from the earth below your feet.

And let that start to do its magic.

The tingling sensation that you feel in your feet,

The vibration that you feel in your feet.

See if you can make that build.

See if you can make it stronger.

Imagine it starting to move up into your ankles and your legs.

Pulling it all up and through your body.

See if you can pull it all the way up through your abdomen,

Through your torso.

Imagine the vibrations going all the way up to the top of your head.

And while that's taking place,

Shift your attention to the sun in the sky.

It's bright,

But not too bright.

Perfect kind of brightness for sun gazing.

So as you stare at the sun,

With your breath,

Using your inhale to pull magnetically towards you.

Start to breathe in and pull the sunlight,

Pull the sun rays.

You can close down your eyes,

Tilt your head up to the sun.

And allow your breath to magnetically pull the sun so it starts to warm your skin.

You can feel it warming your face,

Your shoulders.

Pull in that golden light.

And the golden light is not only filled with vitamin D,

But it's filled with energizing electricity,

Which we receive from the sun.

The electricity is male energy,

But it gives us purpose.

The electricity helps us to stay focused and on point.

It gives us the ability to build.

It gives us energy.

The sun gives us energy.

Pulling that from the sky,

Breathing it in on your inhale.

Pull it into your body.

See it coming into your head and your face,

Down into your throat.

Let those rays of light shine all over your body.

And in the meantime,

You're sucking energy up from the earth,

From the ground,

That your feet are connected to.

So we're getting energy from above and below.

Mother Earth and Father Spirit filling us and energizing us with different types of energy.

Feel your shoulders.

Feel the sun rays moving all the way down your arms into your hands.

And then focus on the tingling sensation that you feel in your hands and your palms.

If your palms are facing down,

Turn them up so that you can pull the sun rays into your hands.

Turn them up so that they can receive from above.

Pull that energy into your torso,

Down into your abdomen.

See if you can pull it all the way down into your legs,

Down into your feet.

Let your whole body tingle with grounding,

Mother Earth magnetic energy and the sun,

The electricity coming from above.

Let your whole body tingle.

Feel as if your body is filling up,

As if you're one of those battery-operated cars that's plugged in and you're just absorbing all the energy so that you're fully charged.

You have more energy inside of your body so that you can accomplish everything that you need to do in your day.

Just pull it all in.

We'll give it a few more minutes.

Take nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breaths and relax into these sensations.

Try and stay as present as you can.

Keep pulling your breath and your attention back into place.

If you drift off,

Let's share some gratitude for the energy that we've received.

In your own way,

Just say some thank yous.

Show some appreciation for how lucky we are that we're here,

Alive.

Imagine that your whole body is full and you're replacing the cap so that it's sealed inside so that you can reserve it and use it throughout your day.

I'm going to count to five and when I do,

You can open your eyes and come back into your space.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Gently opening your eyes,

Maybe giving your shoulders a few little round circles.

Bring yourself back into your body.

Take a nice,

Big,

Deep,

Cleansing breath.

Breathe out,

Release.

And we'll close it right there.
