Christine committed to yoga practice at age 49 after a serious knee injury. After 18 months of physical therapy and yoga, she was able to walk and run without pain. Christine has always taken pleasure in physical movement: playing outside, ballet, modern dance, swimming, biking, running and Qi Gong. Yoga has been the gift of easeful movement. Christine's focus is on vinyasa, functional mobility, aging powerfully and having fun.
