Taking a moment to settle in.

Perhaps wiggle your shoulders and adjusting your back.

Noticing your breath.

No need to adjust it.

Simply noticing.

Noticing how your chest is starting to relax as it rises and falls.

Noticing how your belly is becoming more soft.

Noticing a calmness around you.

It might not be in your system yet,

But for now,

Notice its presence approaching you.

Continuing to be aware of each inhale and each exhale.

Every time you inhale,

You are bringing light into every cell in your body.

Every time you exhale,

You are releasing anything that is not yours and no longer serving you.

Feeling that calmness starting to enter your system.

Noticing it may feel uncomfortable as it enters,

But trusting it is still safe as it is here to realign you.

Noticing how your system is dropping in even more.

Simply relaxing.

Continuing to be aware of each inhale and each exhale.

Simply being.

Continuing to light your system and all of its circuits with each beautiful inhale.

Inhaling strength,

Trust,

Calmness,

Peace.

Feeling yourself reconnecting,

Coming back to you.

Feeling your inner light starting to shine.

Realizing it was just clouded,

But the clouds are ready to part.

Allowing that sun,

That bright universal energy to connect to your heart,

To your spirit.

Feeling that energy as it drops in your heart.

Allowing that energy to radiate out through your entire body.

Continue to feel this light flowing through you.

Trust that this light is always there.

Keeping you connected,

Keeping you healthy,

Keeping you balanced,

Keeping you calm.

Bringing your attention back to the rise and fall of your chest.

Allowing yourself to stay with your breath as long as it feels right for you today.

You can choose if your body needs to drift off into sleep or if you're going to continue on with your day.

Either way,

Continuing to be safely connected into your heart space.

Relaxed into your heart space.

Calm and light in your heart space and all around you.
