This was such a lovely meditation. I’ve been feeling numb lately, like not sure how I feel about things. But underneath it all, I could sense there was anger even though I couldn’t feel it. I couldn’t even release it because I couldn’t access it. But this meditation helped a little bit, so thank you.

Pacing perfect, tone soft. Excellent. I used this to release anger before bed. I feel more relaxed now. I hope to come back to it again in times of need.
