As you continue to breathe,
Turn your attention inward.
Reflect on the uniqueness of your being,
Your strengths,
Your quirks,
Your passions.
Acknowledge and accept yourself as you are,
Without judgment or desire to change.
Consider the roles and masks you wear in daily life.
With each breath out,
Visualize letting go of these masks,
One by one.
Feel the liberation and lightness that comes with thus being your authentic self.
Silently or aloud,
Affirm to yourself,
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I embrace my true self.

Filling you with confidence and self-love.
