Welcome to your 10 minute clearing meditation.
You can use this meditation to go in,
Inquire and explore your curiosity.
So let's go ahead and find a comfortable shape with your spine fully supported.
Close your eyes,
Release your jaw,
Relax your shoulders and soften your belly.
To begin let's take a few clearing breaths.
Inhale deeply and exhale fully.
Once more,
Deep breath in and all the way out.
Next drawing your attention to your exhalation.
See if you can lengthen your exhalation to be twice as long as your inhalation.
For instance,
Inhaling for two counts and exhaling for four counts.
Breathe in for two,
Breathe out for four.
Try that on your own for the next ten cycles of breath.
Down as if we know a record of every exhalation.
Open your floppy時候 and mark as if you're in love.
Integrated deep tasks.
Acing out.
You You You Seamlessly moving from inquiry to release You You You You You You You You You You You acknowledge it and move on.
Try to avoid judgement instead of using the opportunity to practice non-attachment.
I'm just going to introduce a cycle of letting go here.
So when you notice yourself get called away,
Allow,
Observe,
Release and return.
As many times as you need,
Allow,
Observe,
Release and return.
The same thing goes for sounds and physical sensations.
What we resist persists.
So if you need to adjust your position,
I invite you to do just that.
The key is to allow,
Observe,
Release and return.
Each time letting go of what isn't serving you in this moment and in the end strengthening your connection between mind and body.
Coming back now to your breath and turning your attention to your inhalation.
Becoming aware of its cooling and energizing quality.
As your body starts to awaken,
Sit up nice and tall,
Feeling the earth below you.
In contrast to the air that surrounds you and the breath within you.
With a sense of lightness,
Open your eyes clearly now.
Namaste.
