I found the teacher’s voice pleasant. I wasn’t as fond of the background music although it was quiet enough so that it wasn’t intrusive. (I have tinnitus so I am very sensitive.) I loved the image of relaxing like a puddle of honey. I really appreciated the part of the body scan that involved my face. Many thanks for offering this calming meditation.
