Let's begin our practice.
If your eyes are open,
I'd like to invite you to close them now.
As we begin to go inwards together,
Nice and slow,
Give yourself a chance to really land land in your seat,
Land in your breath,
Land in your heart,
Beginning to take longer,
Deeper breaths,
Imagining new creative energy,
Grounding energy,
Nourishing energy coming in through your inhales and you letting go with ease and simplicity,
Anything you no longer need with your exhales,
Breathing in.
Our minds can be very active.
Our minds can be very loud.
Simple practices I like to do in the beginning of my meditation are simple affirmation to remind myself where I am.

Continue taking deeper breaths,
Imagining your heart space growing with each inhale as a reminder to you and to your heart that your heart is allowed to take up space here.
You are allowed to take up space.
And if you find yourself back in your head space,
That's okay.
That's what creative,
Intelligent minds do sometimes.
Our heads are very active.
And so we continue breathing into our hearts and we bring awareness to the rest of our body.
Let's begin by our feet.
Can you feel your feet against the ground,
Solid,
Supported?
Sitting with a tall,
Gentle spine,
Heart open,
Voice open,
Vision open,
Crown tall,
Open,
Ready to receive.
Our practice today is stepping into the experience of joy,
The experience of pleasure,
The experience that it's happening.
Now I know your mind is thinking,
What's happening?
I need to know all the details,
Darius.
Thank you,
Beautiful mind.
Thank you for all of your logic and reason.
And today we don't care about the content.
We don't care about the specifics.
We are simply stepping in to the sensation,
To the feelings of that moment when it's happening.
It's really happening.
Oh my goodness.
It's happening.
It's the energy of your heart smiling.
It's the energy of dreams coming true.
Deep breath.
If you're open to it,
Step in to the embodiment of that moment.

Maybe your face is smiling.
When I do this practice,
Sometimes I can't help it.
I start laughing.
I let joy build.
I let pleasure build.
I let my sensations build.
I let go,
Let go,
Let go of attachment.
Doesn't matter what it is right now.
We're just feeling the energy of that moment.
It's happening.

Oh my goodness.
It's really happening.
Continue breathing.
Continue allowing your heart to smile.
Sometimes I make little noises like pleasure,
Enjoyment,
And the noises bring me back into my body.
You're open to it.

I can't help it when I open up my heart to joy.
It's immense.
It's abundant.
I feel my eyes start to water.
Pleasure,
Joy,
Possibility exists in every single moment.
It's all here.

Maybe you see visions of things,
Relationships,

But you don't need to see anything.

This practice is about the body.
It's about feeling.
It's about noticing if there's places where you are throttling your joy.
What would it be like to take that limitation off,

Music can be an incredible frequency shifter.
Music can help elevate our vibration.
Music can open portals.

Creators who find ways to keep their hearts open,
Keep their joy flowing so that they can bring that special light inside them into the world.
