Allow yourself to follow your joy. Join me, and step into the energy of "wow!" Optional journaling prompt: The Joy Cap Is there a place in your life where you “cap” your joy, like you only let yourself reach a 7/10? - What do you get from keeping that cap in place? - What do you lose because of it? - What might change if you let your joy out by just 10% this year? Sometimes it helps to notice how you relate to joy in different parts of your life, because you might be wide open in one area and guarded in another. You can explore this through the lens of career, health, love, family, money, spirituality, or any area that feels alive.
