So let's begin.
If you would just find a comfortable space to sit or lay down.
And take some relaxing breaths.
Easy in.
And easy out.
Letting your body come to a comfortable position.
That's relaxed and at ease.
And imagine or feel that you can bring up a really relaxing,
Soft,
Gentle energy.
From the crown of your head.
And bring this energy down through your body.
Through your head,
Your neck,
Your shoulders.
Through your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
Through your chest.
Your back.
Through your abdomen.
Through your hips,
Your sacrum.
Through your legs,
Your feet,
Your toes.
Bringing a deep sense of relaxation,
Of spaciousness,
Of openness.
Throughout your entire body.
And if you let this energy permeate your entire being.
All of your cells,
The muscles,
The organs,
The fascia,
The bones.
As well as the field all around your body,
The energy all around your body.
Let it be filled with this really relaxed,
Open,
Soft energy.
So that you can be very relaxed.
Very spacious and open.
And if you would just calmly and gently allow yourself to feel whatever you feel.
Including allowing yourself to feel any of the stress,
Anxiety,
Or negative emotion.
That you feel now.
Or that you typically feel that you've been hoping to resolve.
If there's any negative emotion in particular,
Or negative feeling,
Or experience that you want to heal and clear energetically with this meditation.
Allow it to come up.
Allow yourself to feel it.
And observe as it begins to appear real to you.
While understanding that it is just a projection,
Just your imagination,
Just a feeling.
Allowing yourself to fully feel it,
See it,
Taste it,
Experience it,
Hear it,
Touch it.
Letting it come up now.
And let yourself be with it.
Maybe for the first time.
Or maybe for the first time in a long time.
Being present to what you are feeling right now.
Without trying to escape it,
Or explain it,
Or understand it.
Simply being with the energy as it is.
Without judgement.
Realising that it is your own energy.
And realising that it is just energy.
And as you sit with it.
As you feel it.
And as you realise that it is your own.
Begin to repeat the statement,
I am my feeling.
Embodying the energy of this feeling completely.
It doesn't matter what the feeling is.
Simply choosing to embody it and to repeat the statement,
I am my feeling.
And feeling.
Allowing yourself to really feel this recognition.
That this feeling is you.
That you are this feeling.
That you are generating this feeling.
Repeating,
I am this feeling.
Focusing on wherever you feel it most in your body.
And repeating it there,
I am this feeling.
And allowing your entire body to relax around it.
Repeating,
I am this feeling.
I am my feeling.
I am this feeling.
Allowing yourself to fully feel the feeling and simultaneously fully recognise that it comes from you and is you and only you.
That it is not reality.
That it is only an emanation from your own being.
I am this feeling.
And see if you can begin to feel your fear of this feeling,
Your dislike of this feeling diminish.
As you recognise that it was never real.
That it was always you and only you.
That the scary thing you thought existed in the real world is not what you thought it was or felt it was.
And realising that you are generating this feeling.
And allowing yourself to completely relax around it.
With this recognition,
I am this feeling.
Beginning to feel the freedom that comes from this recognition.
To realise it was just a recording.
Just a projection.
Just an imagining.
To reclaim your truth and your consciousness.
Freeing yourself from the program of this feeling.
And the unconsciousness of this feeling.
I am this feeling.
As you continue to repeat those words.
Embodying the meaning and the implication of those words.
I am my feeling.
Or I am this feeling.
Notice how the feeling changes.
Notice how the energy that you feel.
That you experience.
Notice how it changes.
And be with it.
Be with the energy as it changes.
Wherever you feel it in your body.
Whatever thought,
Emotions,
Sensations,
Images.
Whatever comes up for you right now as you repeat the statement.
I am this feeling.
Observe it.
Be with it.
And feel the energy.
Liberating.
Moving.
Towards the space of your heart.
And as you bring your awareness in your heart.
Begin to repeat the statement.
I am.
Feeling the energy in your heart.
Wherever you feel it.
Whatever that feels like to you.
And from this space,
Within your heart center.
Feel and embody the energy of those words.
I am.
Feeling all of the energy in those words.
In this I am.
Relaxing into those words.
Relaxing into this space.
The space of your heart.
Breathing.
Being.
I am.
And what is it that you're choosing to be?
From this space.
From your heart.
What experience are you wanting to create?
In your heart.
Feel that.
There it is.
Allowing the I am.
To be your creative source.
Allowing you to be whoever you want to be.
Feeling the I am.
Coming forth from within you.
Streaming forth constantly.
Abundantly.
Taking any shape that you consciously intend.
Those shapes that you might sometimes unconsciously intend.
Consciously choosing now.
Wherever you wish your I am to manifest.
Being in your heart and soul.
In your entire body.
Mental,
Physical,
And emotional,
And spiritual.
And energetic.
Being the I am that you want to be.
Filling yourself with this energy.
Fully expressing your free will to be.
Who you want to be.
And as you continue to connect.
To the source of pure creation within you.
Feel the energy expanding from your heart.
Outwards.
Feeling your entire body,
Your being,
Your field.
Feel yourself as one with this energy.
With this beingness.
Experiencing a feeling of wholeness.
Of oneness.
With this energy.
Feeling it,
Sensing it.
Feeling every space,
Every relationship.
Every dimension,
Every aspect of yourself.
The past in the present and in the future every time.
Even feeling different aspects and dimensions of relationships.
Where this energy may not have been present in the past.
Bringing this energy that you choose to embody.
In the present moment.
Into all times,
Into all spaces.
Into all beings.
Just feel what that feels like.
Now,
Now,
Now,
Now,
Now Let the energy resonate and echo however it does in the present moment.
Becoming more and more familiar with this energy.
As you embody it.
As you become it.
As you realize that you are and have always been and always will be one with it.
Becoming aware of the unlimited nature of this creative energy.
And of your focus.
This is the alone way to become a student.
Choosing again and again of your own free will choice to feel,
To experience and simply to be this energy.
And as you are this energy,
Visualizing yourself,
Bringing this energy back into your life,
Into every aspect of your life,
Every moment,
Every day,
Every night.
And continuing to be and channel and expand this energy out from within your heart.
As you gently open your eyes,
Continuing the meditation with your eyes open,
Remaining focused on emanating this energy from within you.
As you look around the room,
Continuing the meditation,
Being this energy,
Allowing it to continue expanding,
Even with your eyes open,
Bringing it into your life,
Being it in your waking life.
Radiating the energy from your eyes,
Onto every object in your environment.
And maybe taking a moment to stand up and feel the energy moving gracefully,
Effortlessly,
Into each and every place in your body.
And as you move around,
Let yourself feel that energy,
What it feels like to be in your body right now,
With this energy that you are choosing to embody.
And enjoying that,
Feeling grateful for this experience that you are choosing.
That you are actualizing in the present moment through your free will choice.
And allowing for a seamless transition,
Perhaps no transition at all,
Into being conscious now,
And going on with the rest of your day or evening,
Continuing to be who you really want to be.
And realizing that you always have been.
