What is life? At 15 I read my first book quantum theory, Emerson and Thoreau. I wanted to understand the link between science and spirituality. My studies took me through Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, Mysticism. I studied the social sciences, psychology. In short, I'm like a jack of all teachings and really master of none other than finding the still, quiet place from where all things emerge; meditation. I've been a life coach since 1999 helping people bring mindfulness and meditation into their daily lives.
