Michelle is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Mindfulness Educator. She completed her PhD in Educational Psychology where her studies focused on Buddhist psychology, attachment theory and social-emotional education. She has an MA in Counselling Psychology and a BA in Psychology, Counselling and Human Development. She is currently in private practice, and has worked for a number of social service agencies with children, youth and families within the field of mental health for over 20 years.
