Elise is a dedicated meditation guide, artist, and entrepreneur with over 18 years of personal meditation practice. Her journey into meditation began during a period of personal challenge, when she turned inward in search of peace and stability. What started as a coping tool quickly revealed itself as a profound path of healing, transformation, and spiritual awakening. In 2017, Elise completed her formal Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training at the Mindfulness Institute in San Francisco. Since then, she has been guiding individuals and groups through a wide range of offerings—including group meditation classes, one-on-one mentorship, immersive workshops, and holistic, ceremony-based experiences. Elise’s work is rooted in compassion, embodiment, and self-inquiry. She holds space for others to reconnect with their inner wisdom, helping them access a sense of safety, belonging, and clarity from within. Her approach encourages deep self-love, authentic expression, and the discovery of one’s own truth as a foundation for conscious, heart-centered living. Whether through meditation, mindful embodiment, or sacred ceremony, Elise supports her clients in moving from disconnection to wholeness, from autopilot to presence, and from self-doubt to inner trust.
