You can be proud of yourself and celebrate yourself today.
Sit with a straight spine or lie down.
Rest your hands on your knees,
Palms facing up.
Close your eyes and start to notice the shape of your body.
Relax any area of tension and focus on your breath,
Feeling its natural flow.
Notice each breath as it flows gently in and out of your body without any effort.
Now bring your attention to your heart space in the center of your chest.
You are safe.
It requires a lot of effort to be able to fight pride,
Ego and choose a language of our hearts.
It seems often very difficult so we need help,
Tools to be able to succeed.
Breathing is one free tool that automatically release a healing energy,
A light within ourselves.
The energy of breathing can transform instantaneously the energy of anger,
Pain to an energy of detachment,
Observation,
Peace in our hearts.
Breathing is a precious tool that can help us find strength to make another choice for ourselves in the moment.
Our body will be less tense,
More relaxed so we create space to be able to choose a language of love instead of a language of pride and act upon that new healing energy.
Visualize now a situation from your past.
Because of pride you chose to stay away from a person and even not to see that person again.
You chose not to open your heart.
You chose instead to repress your emotions and not to express yourself in your vulnerability.
In that specific situation you could also have chosen to be with that person and share what you thought was your truth in that moment.
You could have chosen to understand and listen no matter the outcome,
No matter what consequences could have resulted from that conversation.
We know that at each instance we plant seeds for our future.
Our future is the reflection of all the seeds we plant in the present moment.
So that time you did not choose to open your hearts and speak from a place of vulnerability,
Love for yourself and compassion.
By definition you could not have planted seeds of love and happiness for your future.
You did what you could and everything is absolutely perfect.
But don't we want to create a happy future for ourselves and cultivate more love on our path?
In those moments of pride we consciously decide to plant seeds of ego,
Sadness,
Frustration and those seeds will grow and bring us more of that in our life and in the lives of people around us because we are all in this life together.
Braving is one tool from your toolbox that can help you readjust your reality,
Your thoughts,
So that you can change the course of your life and plant more seeds of truth and love that can only grow towards more happiness and abundance.
From your toolbox choose your own tools and use them as often as possible to create any healing energy that will soothe your suffering and calm your mind.
Imagine you have a possibility now to re-experience that moment with that person.
Visualize yourself breathing now.
Three long deep breaths.
Imagine you are perfectly safe now.
You feel at home,
Protected and a person who cares for you deeply is also next to you.
So now you let this person from the past enter the room.
This person made you suffer or maybe never understood you.
This person is in front of you.
Your heart is wide open.
There is a bridge between your heart and this person's heart.
Take another long deep breath in and a deep breath out and tell yourself I am open to deep listening and to speak the language of my heart.
What would you tell to that person?
Express all your feelings,
Thoughts,
Don't judge yourself.
Express what you never told that person.
How did that person make you feel?
This person is here to recognize your feelings.
Now what would this person tell you if she or he was speaking the language of love?
Practice deep listening by breathing deeply and not talking now.
Thank that person and thank yourself for your courage.
You can say goodbye to that person and let her or let him go.
Let's now repeat three times in your mind today's affirmation.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.
You can turn your attention to your breath noticing each inhale and each exhale or simply relax into the quiet.
You you you you you you you you you you you you slowly begin to reawaken notice your calm breath in and out allow your awareness to turn slowly to your body allowing each part of your body to reawaken slowly and as you move forward throughout the rest of your day you might notice the chatter arising again when it happens calmly look at it and with equal ease try to revisit two days of your mission as often as possible I choose love versus pride gently now open your eyes welcome back to your awakened heart namaste
