Welcome to this daily energy protection meditation.
I recommend listening to this first thing in the morning or any time you feel the need to find your center again.
This meditation is designed for those of us who are highly sensitive,
But everyone will benefit from this.
So get comfy and let's get started.
Just get comfortable for this meditation.
Feet firmly planted on the earth if you can.
Back nice and straight.
Shoulders relaxed.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Bringing awareness to your inner world,
To your breath.
Simply breathing here and noticing how you're feeling today in this moment.
Just checking in and bringing awareness to your feelings here without trying to change anything.
Let your breath become a little deeper now.
Inhales coming in through the nose,
Expanding the belly fully and exhales going out through the nose as well.
Collapsing and relaxing the belly completely.
Take a few rounds of deep belly breath here.
Maybe letting out a sigh or a yawn.
Whatever feels right.
Relaxing a little more with each cycle of breath.
Now let the breath move even deeper into the body.
Inhaling all the way down into the pelvis.
Releasing any tension there with the exhale.
And into the hips,
Breathing down into the hips,
Softening the hips completely.
Let the breath move even deeper as if you're filling up the muscles of your legs with deep,
Nourishing breath,
Relaxing the legs,
Allowing them to become a little heavier on your next exhale.
Now breathe all the way down into the soles of your feet.
As if each one of your inhales is coming up through the soles of your feet,
Traveling all the way up your body,
Filling up the lungs and emptying again.
Relaxing the entire body more and more with each exhale.
With your awareness on the soles of your feet still,
Begin to really feel your connection to the earth.
As if each deep breath draws strength up from the earth.
You may even begin to imagine a cord of golden light coming up deep from the earth's core,
Moving through your feet and into your core with each breath.
This cord of light becoming a little stronger,
A little brighter with each inhale.
Noticing that you're feeling more centered and more connected with each exhale.
Let this strong,
Vital earth energy become a part of you now.
Imagining a golden ball of energy,
Like a crystal orb on a pedestal,
Beginning to form right in your solar plexus.
Beautiful golden light filling you up with each breath.
Filling every corner of your body with strong,
Vital golden light.
Filling every single cell.
Radiating outward even until your entire body is inside of this orb of glowing,
Vital,
Protective energy.
Just breathe and feel it surrounding you.
Now,
If it feels right,
Gently move your palms to rest one on top of the other over your heart space.
If it feels right,
Gently move your palms to rest one on top of the other over your heart space.
Silently repeat the following statements after me.
May I be protected by loving,
Healing energy today and every day.
May all negative energy in my environment slide off of me easily and fluidly today and every day.
May I meet fear with love today and every day.
May vital,
Healing,
Loving energy surround me and radiate from within me today and every day.
May I remain connected to the earth and to my strength today and every day no matter what.
