I help women navigate the menopause transition with more ease, understanding, and self-compassion through breathwork, yoga nidra, and nervous system regulation. Menopause is not just a hormonal event. It is a nervous system event. The anxiety, broken sleep, fatigue, hot flushes, and emotional overwhelm that so many women experience in midlife are not signs that something is wrong with them. They are signs that the body needs a different kind of support. That is what my practices offer. I am a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and menopause coach based in South Wales, with over a decade of experience supporting people through stress, anxiety, and life transitions. My work draws on the science of nervous system regulation, the wisdom of yoga and breathwork traditions, and my own lived experience of the menopause transition.
