If you’ve been overthinking, feeling emotionally tender, or noticing yourself reach outside of you for reassurance, this self-love practice is your return. In this video, I'll guide you through a grounding somatic self-love ritual you can do seated, in bed, or resting on your back. We begin with gentle movement to soften tension through the spine and shoulders, then move into calming breathwork using a 4 count inhale, brief pause, and a longer 6 count exhale. From there, you’ll settle into a guided meditation where I share a self-love poem I wrote, offering language for boundaries, discernment, and choosing yourself with quiet devotion.
