Guided meditation for becoming an energetic match to abundance.
Sit in a comfortable position as you begin to take some deep breaths in and out.
Deep breath in and exhale out.
Go ahead and close your eyes and begin to embark on this meditative journey.
See if you can suspend your thinking mind,
Your analytical mind,
Your brain.
See if you can let all the thoughts be on pause for now.
Often what gets in the way of attracting abundance is our need to define and plan and explain and predict.
So for now,
We are placing those things to the side and we're breathing deeply,
Tuning into ourselves and the present moment.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
We are filling in the missing link to abundance and attracting abundance.
We can do all the mindset work we want,
But if our nervous system and our body isn't an energetic match to the abundance,
It's not going to be able to find its way to us.
So continue to breathe deeply throughout this process and trust yourself and trust the process.
Push your thinking brain aside no matter how many times it wants to come in with a thought.
Just notice the thought,
Let it float on by and begin to notice your body.
Breathe into any tense areas you might have.
Try not to judge them,
But rather send your breath to them,
Releasing those areas,
Releasing that tension and feel your energy flowing,
Moving through you.
If there's any stagnant energy,
Breathe it out,
Release it.
In this moment,
Feel your energy coursing through your body,
Coursing through your energy field.
Let it feel good.
Let it feel pleasurable.
And then imagine that you already have this thing that you are wanting.
And I'm not talking about your defining how it's going to get to you or defining what it looks like in your awareness.
Feel in your body that you already have this thing.
This thing,
Whatever it may be,
Is already here.
What colors is it?
What colors do you see behind your eyelids?
What does it feel like?
What sensations are present when you already have this thing?
You no longer have to want,
Wish,
Hope,
Or wait for it or work toward it.
It's here.
It's here now.
Breathe deeply,
Letting that energy move throughout your body.
What does it feel like?
Defining and answering that question through your senses.
What does it feel like?
Feel it now.
You're no longer on the cusp of having or getting this thing.
It's here now.
Visualize it.
See it.
Taste it.
Experience it.
There's no room for doubt or thoughts as part of this process.
So if those come up,
Just notice them.
Let them pass by.
And tune back in to your body and the sensation of already having this desire.
It's here now with you.
Breathing deeply,
Feeling into it,
Sensing into it,
And expanding into it.
Expanding because it's an expansion.
Abundance is an expansion of your energy.
So letting this good feeling,
Positive sensations,
Letting them roam throughout your being for now.
Expanding you.
Maybe it's coming out in waves.
Maybe it looks sparkly.
However it looks,
Let it look that way.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Breathing deeply in and breathe out.
Letting this energy roam throughout your being,
Roam throughout your body,
Smiling if that feels good,
Relaxing,
Being present,
Not needing to define how it's going to get to you,
When it's going to be here,
Because it's already here.
It's here now.
And then choose how you want to move forward with this.
Do you want to keep this energy going?
Would you rather contain this energy for now?
And set an intention to revisit this practice as often as you need to,
To become an energetic match for abundance.
You become an energetic match for abundance when you're no longer wanting,
Wishing,
Hoping,
Waiting,
Defining,
Planning,
Executing,
Action-taking.
Rather,
When you become an energetic match to what it is that you desire.
You can feel it in your body already,
And that's when it comes to you.
Because you're a match.
You know how it's going to affect you.
You know how it's going to feel.
And you don't need to define it.
You can experience it,
Sense it,
Feel it,
And that's when you call it in.
So,
One more deep breath,
And open your eyes,
Look around the room,
Still holding on to those feelings of your desire already being here.
The moment that you start feeling lack again,
Is the moment you push that abundance away.
So,
Move forward with your day,
Trusting that what you want is already here,
And doing the mindset work is one piece of it,
And feeling it in your body and being and nervous system is the key.
So,
Move throughout your day as though the abundance is already here,
And watch how fast it is.
