It has been a long day and it is time to let your body rest now.
So begin to settle into your space,
Adjusting your body until you feel super comfortable and can fully surrender and let close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Feel yourself begin to relax.
Let's begin by spending a few moments acknowledging the day for the journey it has been,
Allowing a sense of gratitude to fill your heart for all that have enriched your life today,
So that you can let go of the day with ease.
Life is a winding path full of surprises and unexpected turns.
It is not always going to be a smooth journey.
At times you will lose your footing,
Feeling disheartened and unsteady.
But life will never give us more than we can have.
We just need to learn how to ride the waves instead of being pulled under.
There will always be moments of hard work,
Also moments of magic filled with awe and wonder.
Each experience we meet on our path,
Regardless of how complicated or blissful it may be,
Is part of life and fully embracing it all is what it means to be a human.
Each day brings you a new chance to more fully embody yourself,
To experience the beauty in life,
Even in the midst of your struggles.
A chance to cultivate feelings of gratitude and love.
This will keep your inner ember burning,
Sparking the bond with the sacredness of life.
So whatever this day have brought you,
Acknowledge the efforts you have made and the struggles you have overcome.
Whether it was a difficult challenge or a deep sadness,
Honour your strength and bravery for pushing through even the most trying times.
Be thankful for the hardships,
For they have made you wiser.
Let gratitude be your constant companion that fills you from within,
Bringing you contentment and peace and turning the most difficult of trials into valuable lessons.
For that is how you truly grow.
Honour yourself for making space for the lighter moments,
For the joy and laughter,
And for your courage to find solace in the serenity within,
For your ability to value life's small blessings,
As they are the secrets to true happiness.
Honour your heart for its resilience and its ability to stay up,

Allow it to sink deeper into the support beneath you.
You are about to cross the bridge between two realms,
The tangible and the liminal.
In this liminal space,
Where the earthly and the divine merge together until they become indistinguishable from each other,
Wondrous dreams await.
It's a world of endless possibilities,
Beyond flesh and bone and free from the boundaries of the conscious mind.
The journey that awaits you in the night is one of surrender.
So give yourself permission to let go a little more,
To slowly surrender into the stillness.
Letting the hard edges of your days soften.
Blurring the lines between this world and the land.
Breathe slowly,
My beloved.
Traverse the bridge,
For your ride awaits you in the night.
Cocooned in midnight's embrace,
You drift away under the moon's silent silver light.
Carried by the tranquil beating of your heart.
And even if your journey takes you far,
You will always return to see the first glimmers of dawn.
But before the morning light peaks over the horizon,
Self-dwell in this liminal space a little longer.
I want you now to imagine yourself standing at a beautiful beach in a small cove beneath a star-filled night sky.
The soft sand is still warm from the day's sunlight.
And you bury your toes deeper into it.
The ocean before you stretches out endlessly.
Its salty breeze softly caressing your skin.
Trees and rocks line the beach.
The shadows dancing across the ground in a magical show that only night can bring.
You are mesmerized by the moonlight's soft hues that fill the scenery.
Drawn to reach out your hand,
Hold a piece of the night and keep it eternally.
As the moonlight washes the shore in a soft silver glow,
You begin to feel a little sleepy.
You lay yourself down to rest upon the earth,
Feeling so safe and so held in the warm sand.
Allowing your body to completely surrender and sink even deeper back into the earth.
Feel your heart open front and back,
Beating steady in the night,
Pulsing against the earth.
Your own heartbeat reverberated back in harmony with the rhythm of the earth.
With the drumbeat of all of life,
Reading softly,
Letting go of any tension,
Any resistance.
Allowing your body to sink deeper into relaxation.
A feeling of heaviness in your body,
Of letting go.
The gentle rhythm of the waves washes away all worries and tension from the day.
Releasing any feelings of incompleteness.
Letting go of any false beliefs,
Of limitations that may still linger from the day.
Letting go of all that.
Nothing more will be asked of you today,
But to rest here.
The sound of the ocean waves is like a comforting,
A peaceful melody that brings you calm in the serenity of your inner hush.
A boundless land of wonder.
Let yourself slowly drift over to the soothing rhythm of the undulating waves,
Into the mystery of the night.
