Hello,
This is Yvette and welcome to this practice to awaken your divine communication and uncover your inner wisdom.
Today we'll be delving into our depth to connect with the sacred center of our being.
You see,
There is a part of you that holds all the answers,
That is wise beyond your years and transcends the boundaries of your rational mind.
And it's always there,
Waiting for you to tap into it and use it as a source of guidance in life.
But before we begin,
I want you to know that getting in touch with this deeper part of our self may take some time and practice.
Since we have been distracted by our minds and disconnected from our bodies for so long,
Not being able to feel ourselves fully,
We are multidimensional beings with a mind,
Body and soul.
So relying only on the guidance from the mind will cause disharmony.
Every part of us is meaningful.
The body needs to feel and be felt.
Your intuition speaks to you through your senses.
And it's a practice of becoming sensitive to these cell signals.
It might come as physical sensations in your body,
Something that causes you to feel heaviness and restriction or the opposite,
Causes you to feel expansiveness and easiness.
You see,
Intuition works much like a muscle.
The more you pay attention and listen to your inner voice,
The clearer it will be.
So to live in line with your heart's wisdom,
You must practice tuning inward.
And when you do,
When you become present to what your emotion is trying to tell you,
You can be guided from that inner source within you,
Cultivating an unconditional trust in yourself to seek the answers to your questions in the depth of your being.
You will uncover the fullest and most limitless version of yourself,
Beyond any boundaries.
So I hope you feel ready now to settle into your body,
To take a moment to experience yourself from the inside out in this present moment.
Make sure that you are really comfortable now,
So that you can fully drop in,
Sitting or lying,
Whatever feels most right for you at this moment.
And when you are settled,
You can gently close your eyes,
Bringing your attention now into your body,
Into the breath.
Let's take a couple of breaths together.
Take a long and slow deep breath in and let it go.
Release any tension that your body is holding.
Again,
A long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and let that go,
Melting all resistance in your body.
One last time,
Slow,
Long,
Deep breath in and let that go.
Allow the breath to just ebb and flow through you like a gentle tide.
Let your breath help you arrive within your body,
Arrive within your heart.
You may notice that your mind wanders occasionally,
But every time you find yourself drifting away,
Use your breath as an anchor to bring yourself back to this present moment.
Simply come back to the rhythm of your breathing,
Watching your breath flowing in and out.
Now,
Let us take a moment to tune deeper within,
To surrender to our inner world and to listen to what needs to be heard.
Our bodies need to feel and be felt.
It helps us to tap into our intuitive self and access our inner guidance.
So place your hands over your heart and begin to feel yourself,
Feel your body in this very space.
Notice any sensation as they arise.
Without judging them,
Simply be with whatever you are feeling.
Maybe there are different sensations present in your body.
Perhaps one area feels more open and spacious while another feels more tense and constricted.
Simply notice and don't be discouraged if you don't feel anything at the moment.
That is also okay.
Just stay in this moment.
Perhaps there is a question in your mind that you are seeking an answer to.
Let that question form within you now.
Simply ask yourself if there is anything your body wishes you to know and then release that to settle within you and return to stillness.
Come back to your breath.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest.
I will give you a moment in silence now so you can be fully present with what is flowing into your awareness.
Allow yourself to completely let go and I will call you back in a moment.
Your body knows.
It has the answer you seek.
It may come to you right away or flow through you at a later time.
It may come as a feeling or as a word but it will always come with ease,
Never forceful.
Whatever came up for you is what needed to come forth,
Even if it was but silence.
So be still and let it settle inside of you.
Over time,
As we become more in tune with ourself,
Our answers will become crystal clear.
And when you receive guidance,
Take action.
Putting in effort is pointless if we don't actually act on the guidance we receive.
So have trust in yourself and in your intuition for your inner voice will never lead you astray.
Take a few more deep,
Slow breaths as you gently begin to transition out of the meditation.
Slowly begin to move and stretch your body a bit and whenever you feel ready,
You may gently open your eyes and have an amazing day.
