Transcript

Life is a wondrous journey,

A winding path of thrilling highs and deep lows,

Of bliss and sorrow,

But at the heart of it all there is only love.

We are graced with the ability to feel deeply.

A blessing that can also become our outmost trial.

It can be easy to get trapped in patterns of lack and negativity,

But love is always within reach.

It dwells within us like an everlasting flame.

And by connecting with our hearts,

This sacred place within us,

We can recognize when feelings of deficiency tries to take hold and drag us down,

And instead choose to fill ourselves with love and gratitude.

By focusing on what brings us happiness and cultivating a sense of contentment,

We are not only creating a deeper sense of inner peace,

But also raising our energetic frequency and drawing more abundance into our lives.

As you know,

Like attracts like.

So whatever we are feeling is going to be what we attract to ourselves.

In essence,

A gratitude meditation is a simple yet powerful practice.

So in the next few minutes we are going to sink into stillness and tap into the energy of our intelligent heart.

Find yourself in a comfortable position and allow your eyes to softly close.

Let your body sell into the present moment and become still.

Relax your entire body.

Soften and let go of any tension or tightness.

Let's take a long,

Slow and deep breath in together.

Fill your chest,

Fill your belly and gently release it.

Letting any remaining tension just melt away.

Allowing yourself to just let go of the outside world.

Let go of your day.

Let go of anything you need to do later.

And allowing yourself to just arrive in this present moment.

Allow your breathing to be gentle and effortless like a smooth,

Peaceful wave that slowly rises and falls.

Allow yourself to sink into the serenity of your inner being.

Gradually descending into a deeper sense of calm and peace.

As you continue to breathe softly,

Bring your palm to rest gently in the middle of your chest.

Connect with your heart.

Invite your heart to open.

Let the following words reverberate deep within your body.

Fill them with intention,

But they will ripple outwards and take shape in the world around you.

My dearest heart,

Thank you for never leaving my side.

For guiding me through the ebb and flow of life.

Always offering me comfort and love.

Thank you for your kindness.

For your patience in times when I have felt like giving up.

You have been my constant companion.

Reminding me to never let go of my dreams.

No matter how long the path has seemed to be.

You have been that gentle voice that has spoken words of encouragement when I needed them the most.

Thank you for being a source of strength and courage.

For illuminating my path with confidence and grace.

For awakening my sense of worthiness and opening my eyes to the beauty of the world.

Thank you,

Dear heart,

For my ability to feel deeply and profoundly.

So that I can experience the richness of life as a full-fledged human being.

Blessed with the ability to love sincerely.

To care deeply.

To trust and to heal.

Thank you,

Dear heart,

For all your love.

Take a deep breath in.

And gently let that go.

Let your arm rest back on the ground.

Embrace the feeling of peace and love as these words settle within you.

It's often said that gratitude is the gateway to joy and fulfillment.

So I invite you now to take a few moments in silence.

To look deeper within yourself and recognize all the things that you are grateful for.

Both big and small.

Acknowledge the people in your life who brings you joy.

The places that make you feel at home.

The special moments that have made your life brighter.

And memories that continue to bring a smile upon your face.

Fully immerse yourself in the feeling of true gratitude.

And trust whatever comes to mind.

And completely surrender to the sensations.

Feel it seeping into every part of your being.

And notice the profound peace and joy that it brings.

So go ahead now and give your full attention to the things in your life for which you are most grateful.

And I'll bring you back in a moment.

Invite a long,

Slow and deep breath in.

And gently let that go.

Feel the warmth of love and gratitude radiating from your heart.

Expanding with each breath.

Allow it to permeate every cell of your body.

Filling your entire being.

And to radiate out in all directions.

Far beyond your physical self.

Beyond all boundaries of time and space.

Into the infinite expanse of the universe.

Know that you are deeply connected to the divine source of all that is.

And that gratitude and love is ever present.

And always available to you.

Take one last long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And let it go.

And whenever so slowly,

You can begin to move your body.

Perhaps stretching your arms and legs.

Whenever you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes.

And keep this feeling of gratitude close as you go about your day.

Remembering that love and gratitude is always just a breath away.
