It is time now to awaken from the night,

To slowly let your dreams fall away and once again embody your body.

So allow yourself a moment here now to gently begin to breathe your body awake,

Removing the veil of sleep and ready yourself for the world that awaits.

So get comfortable and close your eyes now,

Soften your heart and begin to connect with your breath.

Let's together take a long slow deep breath in and let it go,

Relax and release.

Let's do that again,

Take a long slow deep breath in and gently let that go and simply begin following your breath as it flows in and out through your body.

Let it move through you effortlessly.

Notice how your chest rises as you inhale and eases back as you exhale.

Observe the rhythm of your breathing as it flows in and as it flows out and with each breath draw your awareness even deeper within.

Sink into this present moment.

Become aware of all the space you are creating inside yourself just through breathing.

A sense of openness.

If you can make space within yourself just by breathing,

You can make space for whatever life presents you today.

You can choose to be present and fully experience each moment.

You can choose to fill this open space with all the beauty and magic each day brings.

Truly see how precious every new day is.

And it's up to you to fill this day with purpose.

To live it illuminated from within,

From your heart.

So take a deep breath in and let yourself open up to the possibilities that this day may hold.

Take another deep breath in and let yourself expand into this moment.

Breathe into your body and invite a sense of spaciousness within.

Yesterday is only a memory now so let go of everything that's been holding you back.

A new day awaits you,

Different shape from yesterday and it's unfolding with every breath,

With every heartbeat.

Let the morning sun spark your heart and ignite a fire in your soul.

For this day is yours to create and shape.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and gently let it go.

Again another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and let that feel your body breathing.

Feel your body from the inside out.

And can you sense the limitless you expanding beyond the physical borders of your skin,

Existing in the infinite.

This is the wholeness of who you are,

Both mortal and eternal.

Can you bring a sense of that version of you,

Abundant,

Limitless and infinite into this day.

Let's linger here in this space now,

Just breathing into the wholeness of who you are.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and gently let it go.

Again another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and let that go.

Your body is always calling you so take a few moments each day to tune inwards and listen for what your body wants you to know.

This subtle communication might unfold in the form of feelings,

Sensations,

Words or visions.

Ask your body now for what it's longing for today and be open to receiving whatever comes.

It may be something that arises right away or it may be something that surfaces later on during the day.

Just be present and listen deeply.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and gently let that go.

Again another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and let that go.

Before you embark on your day,

Make a commitment to yourself now to be guided not by what others say but instead by the knowing of your own heart.

Promise yourself to fully experience this day,

Not leaving yourself no matter what awaits.

To stay present,

Grounded,

Connected with your body.

And remember to bring magic into your life and it will become magic.

Expect the unexpected and always follow your heart.
