We take a mindful moment to explore deep belly breathing, the sound of the tibetan bowl and humming with the bumble bee breath. The bumble bee breath is known as brahmari pranayama. The combination of soothing sounds, slow breathing, and the vibratory effect can help with mental tension, busy thoughts, anger and/or fear, and headaches.
