Amanda is a meditation teacher, mindfulness coach and psychologist. After recieving her PhD in Psychology, her work with mindfulness began while she was a professor. She enjoyed teaching meditation and began offering classes in the community, at festivals, in corporate settings, and is now a full-time meditation teacher. Her training includes vipassana and MBSR, and many esoteric traditions. She recently founded an online meditation school, and can be found leading live meditations on Instagram.
