This meditation will help you to address and heal difficult relationships.

It is sourced from my years of experience as a therapist,

As well as in new,

Yet ancient methods.

And also it taps into the latest theories and thinking derived from the science behind quantum physics.

The names such as Max Planck,

Niels Bohr,

And Albert Einstein come to mind reflecting on the beginning research into the new quantum physics.

In-depth information about their mathematics,

Their journeys,

Their discoveries is now easily available over the internet and via TV special documentaries such as those known on NOVA.

Relationship problems can be complex and perplexing,

But I believe that relationships with those near or far,

Living or deceased,

Including with our ancestors,

Can be made to become more healed and whole through meditation and self-hypnosis.

An example of such distant healings can be found in the traditions of Reiki or in the ancient Hawaiian tradition of Ho'oponopono.

The new physics is bringing to our awareness that there are many dimensions,

That which we can comprehend with our five senses,

And that which relates to unseen forces.

Think of these dimensions as if they're on a stack of paper.

One dimension might be imagined on one piece of paper,

And another dimension could be on the next sheet,

And another on the next sheet,

And so forth.

These are side-by-side,

Separate,

Yet touching.

What is on one piece of paper may or may not be aware of that which is on the next sheet.

So the task for you is to connect yourself with one or two other people and,

Simply to intend,

A desired result as you follow with this meditation.

The energy of consciousness is among the things we cannot see or touch.

There's an observer in us,

But perhaps no actual I.

A part of us literally blinks into and out of this plane of existence.

It is theorized from human,

Scientifically-based knowledge so far that this not-I can journey via nanoparticles through the field of everything and everyone that exists,

And possibly throughout all time.

Think about it.

Where are you traveling to during sleep?

Under anesthesia?

During a near-death experience?

Now,

The energy of love transcends space and time.

You realize that if a loved one lives many miles away,

Even on the other side of the world,

Or might even be deceased,

You love them just as intensely.

When we meditate,

We can tap into the field of the web of energy that exists between and among us.

Now,

For this meditation,

I would like for you to get yourself comfortably arranged in a private space where you can be alone for about a half an hour.

Settle in here for a journey to connect yourself with another self,

Or to connect the consciousness of two other selves or entities,

Even something like organizations.

So first,

Let us secure you into a deep,

Deep state of relaxation.

Close your eyes and take a deep,

Cleansing breath in through your nose,

And exhale out through your mouth.

And breathing in,

And breathing out.

And I'm going to teach you now and review with you that which is called progressive relaxation.

First,

Direct your attention to your eyes,

Your eyelids.

Think about your eyelids and your eye muscles,

Then you relax your eyelids and your eye muscles.

Make your eyelids comfortably closed,

Pleasantly closed,

And relaxed.

Be aware of what you're doing,

And just let those eyelids and eye muscles relax as much as you possibly can.

Of course,

I cannot relax your eyelids for you.

You take care of that.

And make your eyelids as comfortably relaxed as you possibly can.

And then allow those feelings of relaxation to multiply and to magnify and to become greater.

Allow that relaxation feeling to penetrate over to your cheeks,

Your cheek muscles,

And then you relax your cheek muscles.

Your cheeks could feel almost like they are like wax melting,

Letting go but still hanging on.

And allow that relaxation to flow down into your jaw,

Your jaw muscles,

Into your mouth,

Over to your chin,

And into your lips.

Think about your lips,

Relax both lips.

You might allow your lips to part just a little bit as you breathe in the fresh air of relaxation and as you exhale.

Excellent,

You're doing very well.

Now picture and imagine the muscles of the forehead,

Relax the muscles of the forehead.

Make them smooth,

Smooth and relaxed,

Smooth and relaxed.

Now direct your attention to the area of your scalp,

From the hairline up over top of the back of the head to the nape of the neck.

Relax all the muscles of the scalp as much as you can.

Picture,

Imagine that you can even see,

Sense,

Perceive,

Or feel the tiny little particles in the blood vessels right underneath the surface of the skin.

And adjust the flow of blood perhaps so that you could even notice a gentle tingling sensation.

Excellent,

And allow that relaxation then to flow down into the neck muscles.

Think about the muscles in the neck,

Front,

The sides,

The back,

And relax the muscles in your neck.

Let them go.

Excellent,

Allow that relaxation to flow and penetrate down into both of your shoulders and relax your shoulder muscles.

Imagine a heavy,

Heavy weight being lifted off from your shoulders,

Allowing you to relax more and more,

Deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Allow that relaxation to flow down into both of your arms,

From your shoulders to your elbows,

Causing your upper arms to relax.

And allow that relaxation to flow from your elbows to your wrists,

Causing your lower arms to relax and let go.

And that soothing relaxation to pass across the backs of your hands,

The palms of your hands,

All the way out to your fingertips.

Yes,

Relaxing your whole arms from your fingertips clear up to your shoulders,

Causing those arms to become so heavy,

So heavy,

So relaxed,

So rested,

It's almost like every muscle just won't work.

Limp,

Loosed,

Rested like the arms of a rag doll.

Excellent,

Now allow that feeling of relaxation to flow across the chest and penetrate across the abdomen,

That feeling penetrating deep,

Deep within.

Excellent,

Allow now your shoulder muscles to relax and picture and imagine something soothing,

Something restful,

Perhaps like a robe of soft dark velvet flowing down across your shoulders.

And as it goes down your back and down the spine,

Touching each and every muscle,

Cell and nerve and fiber and penetrating deep within.

And then from the spine,

Allow that relaxation to radiate outward around the whole core,

The center of your body.

And then imagine that healing relaxation to flow down across your organs,

Penetrating every part of you,

Every muscle,

Tissue,

Cell,

Molecule,

And all the spaces in between cover everything with peaceful,

Healing relaxation.

And then allow that relaxation to flow down into both of your legs,

Think about both legs now and then you relax your legs,

Make your legs heavy,

Limp,

Rested,

Relaxed.

Picture and imagine now the thighs like two sponges and you know what sponges do,

They absorb relaxation,

They absorb liquid.

So imagine the thigh muscles absorbing just like a sponge,

Becoming heavier and heavier with relaxation.

And allow that relaxation to flow and penetrate down into both of your legs,

Down to your ankles,

And your feet.

And all the way down to your toes.

Let your whole body relax.

Excellent.

Now,

From the tip of your toes to the top of your head and the top of your head to the tip of your toes.

I would like you to say to imagine that a wave of relaxation passes through your entire body,

Doubling your relaxation.

So deep now,

So relaxed,

Excellent.

Imagine yourself now with a staircase and folding in front of you.

This beautiful staircase is perhaps one you have been on before or just an imaginary one.

The staircase has 10 steps.

And as you take each step down.

This allows you to go deeper and deeper into your relaxation.

Number 10.

Down.

Nine.

Doubling once again.

Eight.

Deeper down.

Seven.

Six.

Five.

Four.

So deep.

Three.

Two.

One now arriving at a peaceful,

Peaceful place.

So calm,

So rested,

So peaceful.

And now you're going to be crossing a bridge.

A bridge to the space.

The space on the other side of the bridge.

Takes you to an even deeper level of profound peace and relaxation.

Ready to do some deep inner work.

And work with other energies.

Crossing the bridge now.

Every step you take.

Going deeper and deeper.

Deeper and deeper.

And upon reaching the other side of the bridge you find,

Unfolding in front of you,

A beautiful garden.

The garden has some beautiful pieces of nature from our wonderful earth.

Beautiful trees.

With the energies of trees and healing.

Perhaps a meadow.

A slight little sound of trickles of water.

And just that magical place.

You're there.

You can feel it.

Now.

Seeing yourself there.

Arrange yourself.

Perhaps on a bed of comfortable pillows.

Or on some soft,

Comforting moths.

Feeling more calm.

Deeply peaceful.

Deep within.

It's night time now.

You notice the awe of this space,

This place.

Perhaps above you the stars.

The planets.

The night time sky.

In all its natural and glorious array.

This spot now just for you in this whole universe.

Sinking in.

Now you're going to get in touch with your purest and wisest self.

Your inner mind.

Where you can imagine and sense and perceive all important things.

And all beings now important to you in this moment according to your intention.

This is all of the highest good of all concern.

And as you're sitting here,

Resting here.

Realizing.

Even science.

Now telling us.

That at our very most basic core of our DNA.

Our molecules and atoms.

We are really particles of light.

99% of our body is made of protons,

Neutrons,

Hexagonal shapes.

Quarks,

Strange quarks.

We can materialize and dematerialize these tiniest of particles.

And then we can touch the consciousness of others.

The method for this moment is as follows.

I would like for you to imagine that your consciousness.

Now in the form of particles of electrons.

Is projected onto a single sheet of paper.

Got that?

Good.

And now I would like for you to allow that sheet of consciousness on paper.

To be attached to you at your heart chakra.

On a silver cord.

I would like for you to send that out among the stars.

This happens instantaneously as I count to three.

One,

Two,

Three.

It's there.

And now I would like for you to project the consciousness of the other individual.

Where you would like to have healing occur.

On a second sheet of paper.

Molecules arranging.

Tiniest particles arranging on that sheet of paper.

And when you're ready.

Attach that sheet also to a silver cord.

Which is attached to your heart chakra.

And next.

I would like for you to allow that cord to move out.

Almost it's like on a kite string.

Until you see that paper.

Fluttering in outer space.

Among the stars.

One.

Two.

Three.

And now.

It's there.

Now.

With the intention from your heart chakra.

Representing healing energy.

Send the emotion of healing love.

Out through each of the silver cords.

To each of these consciousnesses.

The energy.

Of this love.

Sense it.

Perceive it.

Own it.

Loving energy in human consciousness.

Reject it.

Pay attention and notice.

What is happening.

With those tiny little nanoparticles of consciousness.

On each of those sheets of paper.

And with loving energy create for them a connection.

A connection of healing light and love.

Of collaboration and cooperation.

Of all knowing forgiveness.

And of peacefulness.

Repeat.

For those consciousnesses.

Those beings.

The healing words which are found in the Hawaiian method of distant healing known.

As ho'oponopono.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Now please observe what is happening with those nanoparticles.

On those pieces of paper.

And continue to repeat those healing words.

Until you see the light of pure love forming between those sheets.

In that dimension.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

And as it is above.

So below.

And so it is.

Now allow yourself to hover for a time.

In place.

A place of purest love.

You may now call in.

The energy of your loved ones.

Or if you need to.

Call on unseen higher and brighter beings to join you.

You can do this by simply imagining a favorite image of that.

Entity or being or individual.

And now remain there.

Holding in mind this perfect peace.

Hold that image.

Of loving perfect peace.

In this relationship.

These images will come back to you.

Again and again in times of sleep and dream activity or perhaps throughout the day.

And for a moment allow yourself to rest here.

For a moment.

When you're ready.

It soon becomes time.

For you to either drift off to a safe,

Soft,

Restful sleep.

Which lasts the whole night through.

Alternatively.

You may return to full waking consciousness.

As I count to five.

With the number one.

Realizing you're starting to get yourself ready to come back.

And with the number two.

Sense or perceive yourself swimming up through a pink waterfall of light and love.

All of your own soul parts.

Healed.

Whole.

Coming back to you.

Returned.

Cleansed.

Brought into place as they should be.

Three coming up even further.

Seeing yourself surrounded.

By a protective cocoon.

Of white light.

Protected and glowing like the sun.

Wonderful for.

Energy returning to your hands and to your feet.

Coming back now feeling wonderful.

At five.
