Welcome to this meditation to relax the body.

My name is Jenna and I'll be leading you through this exercise.

First,

I suggest to find a place to lay down and get comfortable.

Lie on your back and get your arms and legs gently apart.

Pause here to get set up or if you're ready,

Let's continue on.

First,

Breathe in and out.

Relax your body and get used to the space.

Now's a good time to scan through the body.

Notice how you're feeling right now.

You're going to pay attention to different muscles,

Noticing any tension.

Let that go.

Take a breath.

Breathe out.

The muscles so relaxed.

Breathing in.

Let that air spread to every part of your body,

All the way to the tips of your fingers,

To the tips of your toes.

Slowly release that breath.

The whole body relax.

Sink further into the earth.

Imagine your body floats up.

You're up in the sky and on top of a cloud.

Everything feels weightless.

The sky is blue.

The cloud is light and fluffy.

It's a beautiful day.

Allow yourself to float in this relaxation.

Every muscle is relaxed from the top of the head down to the shoulders,

The elbows,

The wrists,

The hands,

Down the chest,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your knees,

Then your calves,

Down to your feet.

Relaxed and floating up on this cloud.

Weightless.

You have total bliss.

You could stay here forever.

Breathing in and breathing out.

I invite you to stay here as long as you wish.

If you'd like to end this meditation for today,

You take a deep breath in and let it out.

Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Get some movement going in all parts of the body.

From there,

Roll onto one side and then push your body up to seated.

Slowly take another breath.

Breathe out and gently open your eyes.

Slowly get used to the space you're in.

When you're ready,

Enjoy the rest of your day.
