Welcome to meditation session 43 before we start let's do our preparations find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax see if there is any more corrections you can do to your position then let your body come to a rest then say to yourself your intention with this meditation very good then we are ready take a deep breath in let go of everything else breathe out and relaxed stay it hearing the sounds of this meditation feeling your body in this moment feeling your breath as it brings new air into your lungs,
Into your body just observing this natural rhythm of your breath nothing you need to do in this moment just being experience this moment there is nothing you need to think nothing you need to plan also nothing you need to be just allowing everything to be just as it is letting go of all your struggle to change the moment and allowing the rest of the world to be just as it is observing yourself in this moment being with yourself in this moment coming back to this relaxed presence from where it is easier for you to take good decisions and to feel and experience life and to be fully here so that you can take all the teachings and learnings you need from life to become stronger and more wise as you are traveling through life always knowing that you can come back to this relaxed and present state and recharge your batteries recharge your awareness,
Your presence and land into being consciousness gently,
Gently begin to come back again as you slowly come back more and more be aware of the sensations in your body how does it feel to be here and now and before you rejoin your day take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself when you are energized and refreshed this gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life and now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
