Hannah Goldbaum is a mindfulness teacher, yoga teacher (RYT), certified positive psychology practitioner, and certified mental wellness coach based in Atlanta, Georgia. She has been teaching meditation since the age of 19 in educational and community settings and as a mental health professional. She has undergone Shamanic spiritual apprenticeship for two years (ongoing). Hannah believes that mindfulness – the cultivation of compassionate, nonjudgmental, open curiosity that is grounded in the present moment– is the foundation of healing and lasting lifestyle change on the individual and communal level. Hannah is getting her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Georgia State University, where she studies Positive Psychology in the Humility and Positive Psychology Intervention (HAPPI) lab. "May we Be Well, so that we may Do Good, for ourselves, for humanity, and for the planet at large."
