Hi,
Welcome to Happy Mind Meditations.
Today we're going to be focusing on healing.
Through the power of breath work,
Through our breath and through visualization,
We're going to reactivate and strengthen the body's natural immune response and simultaneously relax the nervous system.
So whether you're feeling currently a little bit under the weather or struggling with some sort of sickness,
This meditation is designed to help bring you back into alignment and to bring you back to a more scented place.
So let's just begin now by sitting up comfortably with your spine straight and erect but relaxed.
Or if you just don't have the energy right now,
Then lying down is also just as powerful.
Just close your eyes and we'll begin by taking a deep breath in and a gentle exhale.
Relax your mind,
Relax your body.
Take another deep breath in and a slow exhale.
Relax the mind,
Relax the body.
And we're just going to continue with the breath work now,
Taking deep breaths in as far as you can and a gentle exhale.
Just surrender all thoughts,
All to-do lists and just allow yourself to continue to focus on the breath and the quality of the breath in and out.
So just continue to breathe deep breaths in and out and simply focus on the breath and just allow your mind and your body to come to a place of calmness and stillness.
Now I want you to imagine at the very top of your head that there is a white beam of light that is channeling from high,
High above.
It's a healing energy and it's making its way down through the top of your head,
Entering into the top of your head.
And this white light,
I want you to imagine that it is a healing,
Cleansing energy.
And we're going to visualize this white light now moving down through your head,
Down your neck,
Down your spine,
Slowly moving its way down your entire body through your stomach.
And then it continues down to the very base of your spine and channeling down into the earth below,
Deep down into the earth's core.
And if you're sitting up you can even imagine this white light moving through your body is keeping you straight and aligned.
Take a deep breath in now and gently exhale and just bring that light in from above,
Slowly down through your entire body and into the earth below.
And as this white light moves gently through your body,
Cleansing all of the imbalance and also any negativity that might be stuck within the body.
And as you continue with the deep breathing,
Visualize this white light gaining more and more momentum as it moves through your body,
Cleansing everything that needs to be cleansed within your body.
And just see it and feel it gaining more and more momentum as it continues to gain more strength,
As it continues to pour more light energy through your body.
Just follow that white light as it moves through your entire body,
Picking up all of the sickness,
All of the negativity,
All of the pain and just allow it to collect all of this as it moves through your body and makes its way and exits out through the bottom into the earth below.
And as you continue to take deep breaths in,
Just imagine yourself pulling in more and more of this white light from above as it moves through your body and if you want you can visualize this sickness or this negativity in your body as a certain color.
In this case we can imagine that it's black,
Like a black smoke and visualize this white light coming in,
Collecting this black smoke,
Moving its way through your body,
Taking all of the black smoke with it down through the base of your spine,
Deep into the earth's core below.
Just continue to use your breath to guide this light through your body slowly,
Like this warm energy,
This warm healing energy as it moves down through your body,
Collecting all of the black smoke,
All of that stubborn,
Stuck energy and purifying your entire body as it leaves through the base of your spine.
Continue to take deep breaths in.
And gentle exhale.
While continuing to follow the light as it moves and gains more and more strength and flows through your body,
Cleansing,
Healing with every single breath.
Bring all of your attention into this moment.
This light working its way gently,
Softly,
Like a warm white light through your entire body.
Breathe in again as deep as you can.
And slow,
Gentle exhale.
Relax your body.
Relax your mind.
Allow the light to bring its natural healing to your body.
Now as you continue to imagine this white light moving through your body,
Cleansing,
Healing,
We're going to repeat a mantra to connect with the energy of healing.
So just continue with the deep breaths while repeating the mantra,
Heal,
Heal.
You can do this either out loud or in your head.
The important thing is to connect with the intention for healing.
And anytime your mind wanders,
That's okay.
We simply come back to the mantra,
Heal,
Heal,
Heal.
And we keep coming back to this word and this intention,
Heal.
Take a deep breath in.
Bring the light in from above and allow it to slowly move through your body,
Cleansing with our intention of healing.
And just by being here now and present with the intention of healing,
We're going to be here now and present with the intention of healing.
Together we're bringing more energy to this intention and therefore creating a perfect space for healing to happen.
Continue to take deep breath in.
And out,
While repeating our intention to heal,
Heal.
Continue to take deep breaths in.
And out,
Simply focusing on the light moving through your body and into the earth below,
Cleansing,
Healing.
Notice any areas in your body which might have more resistance than others and allow the light to move into this area of your body and to take away and to cleanse anything that needs to be cleansed and healed and to restore its natural state,
Its natural relaxed,
Calm state.
Now I want you to bring your hands together,
Holding prayer with your thumbs touching your heart.
And I want you to take a deep breath in to the heart,
Opening up the heart.
Just feel your chest expand and your heart expand as you breathe in.
And relax on the breath out.
Take one more deep breath into the heart,
Connecting at your heart center with that natural state of calmness and peace and a gentle exhale.
Now simply become aware of your breath,
Continue to follow your breath just naturally.
Notice that your mind is calmer,
Your body is calmer.
And as we conclude this meditation,
Feel free to come back to this in times where you need more energy and to repeat this at any time to help refresh your body and give you more strength and reconnect with your natural healing ability.
