Hi and welcome to Happy Mind Meditations.

Today we're going to be doing a heart coherence breathing meditation.

This meditation and this breathing exercise is very simple and it's a great way to reconnect your heart with your mind.

And there is a long list of amazing benefits to this breathwork meditation.

Including reduced stress and anxiety.

This heart coherence breathing helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system which basically calms the body and reduces stress hormones like cortisol.

This is also great to improve your emotional regulation by focusing on the heart and breathing in the rhythm.

You can achieve a better control over your emotions which leads to improved mood and emotional stability.

For this meditation we're going to breathe in through the nose to the count of six and exhale to the count of six through the nose.

So we keep our mouth closed and I will guide you through the process.

So let's exhale first all the air in our body and we'll start the first breath in three two in two five six one two three feel free to sit here for as long as you like in silence have one I look forward to the next meditation together much love
