Welcome beautiful beings,
Powerful hearts,
Back to another guided journey from my heart to yours.
Today's meditation is centered around remembering a certain specific truth.
The truth your body has been whispering for years.
Your body is not broken.
Your body is not failing.
Your body is not an enemy that needs fixing.
Your body loves you.
And it's always,
Always working for you.
Before we drop deeper,
It's important to remember also that if there are parts of you today that don't fully believe this yet,
That is okay.
If there are parts of you that feel scared,
Skeptical,
Or unsure,
We welcome them,
We hold them,
And we remind them that there is no need to rush.
They don't need to change tonight,
They get to be here too.
So as we place our hands on our heart,
We breathe in,
And we breathe out,
And we find a comfortable position to receive this meditation.
Letting your shoulders soften,
Letting your jaw unclench,
Letting your belly loosen,
And continuing to breathe slowly,
Inhaling,
And a long,
Gentle exhale.
Feeling yourself arrive in your body exactly as you are,
With the open parts,
The hurting parts,
The curious parts,
And the parts that are still hesitant,
Still not believing.
All of you is welcome here.
It is time to bring your beautiful awareness to any part of your body that feels tense,
That feels heavy,
Achy,
Numb,
Or tight.
Instead of rushing to fix it in this moment,
I invite you with me as I hold you here to listen,
To soften your breath into that space inside of you,
Almost like placing a warm hand on that part that hurts,
On that part that aches,
And whispering gently,
There is nothing wrong with me,
My body is speaking,
My body isn't broken.
And if a part of you tenses up when you say this,
When you imagine this,
If a part whispers,
I don't know if that's true,
That's okay.
Just nod your beautiful head and lovingly repeat,
You don't have to accept this,
You can take your time.
And feel the judgment start to melt.
Feel the judgment you have start to ease and release,
Not by force,
But by the gentleness of your spirit.
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
Now,
Continue to imagine and visualize this time zooming all the way out.
Zooming out so far that you can see yourself looking down.
Specifically looking down at the billions and billions of cells that are working for you right now.
Your breath working and moving,
Your heart working and beating.
Your immune system repairing,
Your nervous system adapting.
Your body trying every moment to keep you easefully alive,
Easefully safe.
Your body is on your side.
Placing your hand on your heart and repeating after me,
Thank you for doing your best.
Thank you for doing your best.
And again,
If a part of you feels unsure,
Disconnected from this gratitude,
Wrap that part in compassion.
It's okay,
You don't have to feel this yet,
You're allowed to be here.
Bringing and moving your awareness again,
Back to a place of tension,
Back to a place of pain this time.
Pick and choose a different part of your being,
Your physical body.
And imagine your spirit,
Your heart,
Your soulful essence,
Sitting beside this part of your body like a supportive friend,
A supportive lover,
A supportive partner.
Patient,
Soft,
Open.
Asking this part of your body quietly with curiosity,
What are you trying to show me?
What do you need from me?
Listen,
Experience,
Removing all expectation and remembering that your healing doesn't require perfection.
It requires your loving presence and you can give that right now.
Breathing in and letting go.
Continuing to breathe at your own pace,
Softness,
With intention.
And allowing yourself to scan,
Continue to move through different parts of your body that feel uncomfortable.
Different parts of your body that need your love.
Every time you bring and drop your awareness into a part of pain,
A part of resistance,
Breathe in the golden light of acceptance.
And exhale even more allowance,
Exhale even more allowance.
Letting my words wash over you.
I do not need to fix myself to be safe.
I do not need to fix myself to be safe.
I do not need to be pain free to be whole.
I do not need to be pain free to be whole.
My body isn't failing.
My body is communicating.
Allowing the healing that is you to permeate,
To move and express itself through your being.
As we return deeper and even further into love,
Placing this time a hand on our belly.
Moving it,
Rubbing our belly,
Feeling your warmth,
Feeling your presence.
Feeling how grounded you are in the power you have to overcome all internal resistance.
Affirming your body is wise.
Affirming that your body is on your side.
And affirming that there is an innate wisdom and knowledge that your body knows.
Deeply breathing in all of this truth.
Feeling the peace that is you settling into your body.
Feeling the gentleness that is you wrapping around every part that still holds,
That still may feel tight.
Knowing that not everything needs to be perfect.
And in your messiness,
In your imperfection,
Today within your physical body,
Everything is how it should be.
Your body is working for you.
You are learning,
Sweetly,
To meet it all with love instead of fear.
Breathing in one more time together.
And breathing out.
Thanking all of you,
All of your parts,
All of your physical sensations for showing up today.
And with ease and grace,
When you're ready,
Taking your time.
You can open your eyes,
Bringing this deep body love into your day and into all of the movement from this place.
