Welcome to this cleansing shower meditation.

This meditation will wash away any stress or negativity from your field and bring you back into your natural state of calm,

Peace and love.

As you stand in your shower,

Gently close your eyes.

You allow the water to fall down over your head and body.

Take a moment to tune in to how it feels for you.

The temperature of the water is just right.

Feel the warmth of the water against your skin.

Feeling comforted and nurtured in this moment.

Notice how the water pressure feels perfect.

Feel it penetrating your energy field and transforming you.

Feel the water soaking up into your skin.

Your body accepts and welcomes this cleansing and renewal.

Feeling the water flow over you,

Bringing you into a state of calm and peace.

This is your place.

This is a time just for you to breathe,

To be and to cleanse your field from any stress or negativity that is present.

Your mind softens and only loving,

Positive thoughts arise from this space now.

No matter what has happened today or yesterday,

The water invites you to be more gentle with yourself.

To give yourself the space to nurture yourself in the way you need to.

Feel the water bless the top of your head.

Feel the water run down your face and neck.

The cleansing water runs over your shoulders and back.

Relieving any tension or constriction that may be held emotionally or physically in the body.

Feeling the warm water flow down your chest and belly.

Feeling rejuvenated and renewed.

And feeling the water flow down your legs and to your feet.

Feeling a shift in your energy.

Feeling uplifted and centered.

Breathing slowly and deeply.

Allowing yourself to fully enjoy this moment.

To alchemize anything that is in your field into a higher state.

Staying here as long as you like.

If you feel called to wash your body or hair,

You can do so now.

Scrubbing your body softly with intent.

Cleansing certain areas and welcoming in more love.

Being so compassionate towards yourself.

Freeing the bubbles from your shampoo or body wash.

Wash away from your body and dissolve into the drain below.

You are no longer holding on to any old or negative energies.

You have come back to your natural state of being.

Which is content,

Loving,

Peaceful,

Joyful and kind.

You can stay here in this cleansing water.

Feeling free and clear for as long as you like.

Feeling calm and positive on all levels of your being.

Knowing no matter what happens when you hop out of the shower,

You can stay centered and balanced.

You can emit your own strong energy out into the world.

Instead of soaking up all that which is around you.

You are powerful.
