Breathing Into Your Center

Today’s practice is short but powerful. Let’s settle into a comfortable position. Close our eyes and pause. Let’s take a deep breath in through our nostrils and out through the mouth. Again, deep inhale through the nose and let the exhale go out of the mouth. Last time, inhale through the nose and out the mouth.
