Today's practice is short but powerful.
Let's settle into a comfortable position,
Closing our eyes and pause.
Let's take a deep breath in through our nostrils and out through the mouth.
Again,
Deep inhale through the nose and let the exhale out through the mouth.
One last time through the nose and out through the mouth.
Now allowing the breath to return to normal and settle back into your natural rhythm.
Let a hand rest on your belly.
Notice the gentle expansion and feel the slow release of the breath.
Place a hand over your heart.
Notice the slight lift and fall of the chest.
Feel the connection of your hands to your body.
Connect to the sensation of your breath as it moves through your body.
Breathing,
Feeling,
Connecting.
Being centered,
Peaceful,
Grounded.
See if you can allow your body to relax into this moment.
