Taking a nice deep inhale in through the nose and exhale sticking the tongue out.

Let the day wash away.

Taking a nice deep inhale in through the nose.

And exhaling,

Releasing,

Letting the day wash away.

And exhale.

Letting the day wash away.

There is something so powerful in the art of doing nothing.

Something so incredible that allows us the opportunity to be in the present moment.

And when we breathe,

We get an opportunity to connect with our breath.

And we also get an opportunity to connect with the present moment.

And if you've ever heard of this,

The art of doing nothing,

It might seem like a silly fad to you.

In fact,

It's a powerful practice of presence.

As we breathe,

We practice the art of doing nothing.

Now when you go deeper into this understanding,

And you apply the duality of movement and stillness,

Movement and stillness,

Movement and stillness,

You are gifted the opportunity to see life a little bit more complex.

When we practice the art of doing nothing,

The question becomes,

Are we actually doing something by doing nothing?

Each breath is an ode to our presence.

Each breath is a gift to the present.

Each moment is an opportunity to be together,

Merging our mind and our body,

Merging our breath with our best efforts.

We show up in the way that only we know how,

And we breathe together.

Breathing deeply,

Inhaling and exhaling,

Allowing the breath to fill up our beings and our bodies,

Allowing the breath to serve as our anchor for what's to come.

This life is not about controlling our outcomes,

Or even knowing everything that might happen.

In fact,

Our lives are filled with so much unknown.

However,

We are gifted the beautiful opportunity to breathe.

Breathe through the moments of uncertainty.

Breathe through the moments of excitement.

Breathe through the moments of possibility.

We breathe to make life easy.

We breathe to let it go.

Allow yourself the opportunity to access the benefits of your breath right now.

In this very moment,

You are present,

You are still,

You are loved,

You are full,

You are joyful,

You are true.

In this very moment,

You are present,

You are loved,

You are joyful,

You are full.

Breathe in the joy,

And breathe out joy.

Breathe in the presence,

And breathe out presence.

Breathe in the love,

And breathe out love.

Breathe in the truth,

And breathe out the truth.

We know that together is a beautiful place to be.

And in this moment,

We are in fact together.

Not just in an ideological sense of the matter,

But our body and our mind are brought back together through the breath.

And we have an opportunity to go deeper into this experience.

Breathing in,

And exhaling.

Breathing in,

And exhaling.

Inhaling,

And exhaling.

We allow the breath to open up,

To center and to ground.

We allow the breath to bring us peace and possibility.

Breathing in,

And exhaling.

Breathing in with the body,

Doing a simple scan from the top of the head,

Down the face,

Into the shoulders and the neck.

The chest and the torso,

The hips and the tailbone,

All the way through the legs to the bottom of the feet.

Each breath elongates the spine.

Each breath roots us deeper towards the center of the earth.

Each breath an opportunity to reach up into the heavens energetically.

Each breath an opportunity to connect deeper to our sense of grounding.

And so we breathe,

Not just because we have to.

We breathe for expansion,

For openness,

For possibility.

We breathe not just because it keeps us alive.

We breathe into our soul,

Opening up that energy center.

And when we breathe,

Everything becomes a little bit easier.

Gratitude seems much more accessible.

In fact,

In this moment we thank ourselves for being.

Thank you for being.

Thank you for being.

Thank you for being.

And we know our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

We ask ourselves,

Who am I to be brilliant?

Who am I to be gorgeous?

Who am I to be talented?

Who am I to be fabulous?

When actually the question is,

Who are you not to be brilliant,

Gorgeous,

Talented,

And fabulous?

We were born to make manifest the glory that is within us.

And as we shine our own light,

We are unconsciously giving other people permission to do the same.

And so in this moment we breathe.

And we give ourselves permission to be great.

We access the power that is within us and that is without us.

As above,

So below.

As within,

So without.

And so we bring forth this powerful energy of possibility that exists inside.

And we allow ourselves an opportunity to be who we really are.

No matter how big or small you think your contribution to this world can be,

Is it true that we must simply contribute?

With no attachment to the outcome,

With no attachment to the impact,

Knowing that we are here to share our gifts.

Is this part of our human experience?

Is this part of our journey?

We are left to question.

Each of us able to make a decision on our own about how we will serve our higher purpose.

How we will access our power.

And how we will enjoy the life that we are living.

To enjoy is to be inside of joy.

And yet we often restrict ourselves to be happy at certain times,

In certain places.

But is it true that we can feel joy all the time?

Will we allow,

Yes,

Will we allow ourselves to feel joy more often?

To open our hearts to the love and the peace.

When things feel sticky and hard,

Will we smile and keep going?

Or will we fur our brow and grumble?

These are choices that we make every moment of our lives.

And yet today,

In this moment,

You are given the opportunity to make another choice.

We always have options.

Freedom of choice.

And so we breathe.

We breathe.

And so we breathe.

We breathe because we know we are free.

We breathe because we know we are present.

We breathe because we know we can.

And as we inhale,

We bring in good positive energy.

Fresh clean air.

And as we exhale,

We let go.

We let go.

We let go.

And we open ourselves up to receive.

Many of us spend our days giving and what a blessing it is to give and to share.

But have we yet mastered the art of receiving?

Allow someone else to feel that good feeling that we feel when we give by letting them give to us.

This is the time and the moment to let go of the old narratives of not being good enough,

Not being accepted,

Not being perfect.

And to open up and embrace to the manifestation of what you really desire,

Of what you really want,

And of what you can actually have.

We access our highest good.

We access our higher powers.

We access our best selves.

And we bring that to this moment.

Knowing that this moment is not just right now.

This feeling this energy this possibility this positivity is with us always,

We must simply sit still and breathe.

And watch the possibilities unfold.

This meditation manifestation is a call to action,

An opening of the possibilities and opening of self and acceptance of what was and letting go of expectations.

We no longer walk with assumptions and expectations in fact we walk,

Knowing.

I know I am brilliant.

Yes.

I know I am loved.

Yes.

I know I am talented.

Yes.

I know I am gorgeous.

Yes.

And we smile.

And we feel that joy.

And we feel that love.

We feel that peace coming from within radiating out,

Bouncing from you back to me from me back to you.

And we give thanks and appreciation for this knowing.
