Think back to an early memory when you were feeling shame.
Imagine being back in your own body looking out through your eyes.
What do you see in front of you?
Is there any faces,
Any persons in there?
Visualize their faces.
Any smells?
Are they saying anything to you?
How does it feel to be you in this memory?
Do you feel shame or anything else?
Does that have a specific position in your body?
A shape?
Does it have a color?
A surface?
Is it constant or is it shifting as you focus on it?
Is the shame saying anything to you?
Now imagine pulling out this shame out from your body.
Imagine getting rid of it the way you prefer.
If you want to throw it far away,
Put your feet on it,
Throw it into the wall.
Or just let it disappear,
Whichever form you prefer.
Is there any shame left in your body?
Is it constant or is it shifting as you focus on it?
What happens if you breathe into it and give it space?
Visualize how it's evaporating and leaving your body.
Being in this memory,
Is there anything you would like to communicate to your current version of yourself?
Visualize communicating that if it is through a hug,
Through words,
Energetically or any way you find suitable.
Now enter the energy of your current you and step into this memory standing next to your younger version of yourself.
Is there anything you would like to communicate to your younger self?
Visualize communicating that.
Being your adult self,
Is there anything you would like to say to the other people in the room?
Visualize saying that or doing what you like to do in there.
Is there anything you would like to say to the other people in the room?
Visualize saying that or doing what you like to do in there.
Is there anything you would like to say to the shame?
Is the shame answering anything?
Are you responding?
Is your younger you responding?
Being your adult self,
Is there anything you would like to say to the other people in the room?
Cleanse your younger self from this shame in the way you find suitable if it is through touching her in any way,
Choking her,
Blowing air on her,
Hugging her.
Is she saying anything to you?
Are you saying anything to her?
Before you say goodbye,
Is there anything last you would like to do or say to your younger version of yourself?
Visualize how you say or do that to her.
Can you feel the love between the two of you?
Now come back to your current self in the room.
Can you still feel the love between the two of you?
Can you feel how the shame has diminished?
Can you feel how self-love have replaced the shame?
And how does it feel to be you right now?
