Receive a few deep breaths with your belly.

How does it feel to be you right now?

Can you feel any emotions blocked in your body?

Can you feel the blockage?

What does it look like?

Can you feel the blocked feeling?

Does it have a place somewhere in your body?

Does it have a shape,

A surface,

A color?

Is it constant or is it shifting as you focus on it?

Imagine if it comes with a message,

This emotion you have.

Do you want to say something to this emotion?

Say this quietly in your head to this emotion.

Is it responding?

Are you answering?

Breathe into this emotion and give it space.

Is it constant or is it shifting?

Notice if anything is happening as you breathe into it.

Can you get in touch with the blockage?

Does that have a shape,

A surface,

A color?

Can you breathe into the blockage and give it space?

Notice if anything is happening with the blockage.

Is the blockage saying anything?

Are you responding?

How does it feel to be you right now?

Just like you can accept the fact that the second world war has actually happened.

Can you find any acceptance for the fact that you have had this feeling and blockage in your body?

How does it feel to have that acceptance in you?

Can you find any acceptance for the fact that the blockage and the feeling is right now just like it is?

How does that acceptance feel?

And breathe into the blockage and the feeling.

Breathe into the stuck emotions and your blockage.

If you breathe into it and give it space,

Notice if it's constant or if anything is happening to it.

And come back to breathing with your belly.

You can continue breathing like this even though this meditation has come to an end.
