Henrik designs custom-made meditations for individuals both online and in-person. In 2024, he held this role at the Swedish Course Center Ängsbacka, and this recording is from one of his sessions. Each session begins with a consultation, during which Henrik asks the client specific questions to gain insight into their preferences and underlying needs. With this information, he crafts a meditation uniquely tailored to address those needs. This particular meditation is crafted to give safety and stability by diving into a safe place and the love you feel for another person. Research indicates that visualizing a safe space during meditation can significantly reduce anxiety and enhance emotional resilience. For instance, a study by Shapiro and Carlson (2009) demonstrated that participants who engaged in such visualization techniques experienced decreased stress levels and improved emotional regulation ("The Art and Science of Mindfulness," American Psychological Association).

Imagine being back in this memory and visualize what you see out through your eyes.

Visualize the face of this other person in this memory.

Feel into what you appreciate the most about this person.

What qualities in you are shining in this memory with this person?

Do you hear any sounds in this memory?

Any smells?

Any sensations on your skin?

And how does it feel to be you in this memory?

Is there anything you would like to say to this person?

Visualize communicating that to this person.

Is that person responding to you?

Can you receive this response deeply inside you?

Do you want to hug this person or in any other way show your appreciation for this person?

Visualize doing that.

Can you feel the other person on your skin?

What do you see when you look out of your eyes in this memory?

Any smells?

Any sounds?

How does it feel to be in this contact,

This hug?

Can you feel your love flowing to the other person?

Can you feel the other person's love flowing to you?

Where in your body can you receive this love from the other person?

Does that love have a color,

A shape,

A surface?

Feel what it's like to have this love in your body.

Feel how this color of love is glowing,

Spreading,

Filling your whole belly and chest.

Feel the waves of this love flowing through your belly and chest,

Removing any obstacles,

Filling every corner of your heart with this love.

Feel how your whole body is glowing with this color of love.

Notice that this will always be with you.

From this place of love,

Is it anything you would like to communicate to your ordinary version of yourself?

Listen if there's any message you want to say.

Repeat that message three times quietly for yourself.

From this place of love,

Can you feel how the world have safe places for you?

From this place of being filled with love,

Can you see that the world has safe people for you?

Notice what it feels like to know that there are safe places and safe people available for you in the world.

Being filled with love,

Is there anything you would like to communicate to this other person?

Visualize communicating that.

Is the other person responding?

Feel how your heart opens and receives this message from the other person.
