What do you want to perceive and believe about your future and your life?
What do you desire it to be?
In your mind's eye,
Imagine what that future looks like.
And as you imagine,
What is it that you see?
In that future,
Are you perceiving your world differently?
What does it feel like to have this future?
Feel the feelings of having that future you desire.
Feel what it is like to perceive this way.
What does it feel like to be this way?
Does it bring up a feeling of happiness or excitement?
Or do you feel love or gratitude now?
You may allow yourself to smile if you want to.
Breathing in,
Feel that good feeling.
And breathe out even slower.
Feeling what it is like to have that future you desire,
That way of being you desire.
And continue breathing like this.
Breathing in,
Allowing yourself now to feel the good emotions and those feelings.
Acknowledge what you have achieved just now.
Moving from that state of stress or anxiousness to a new state.
You have shifted your focus from what you wanted to avoid to what is worth taking action toward.
