This is a meditation to create more space in your inner and outer life so you have more peace,
Focus and calm.
You may either use your surroundings as an anchor or perhaps come back to your breath with the intention being to create expansion in this moment so you receive and recalibrate what's needed for you.
As you take a deep breath in and exhale expanding your belly just like that you're expanding your awareness you're creating more space in your inner and outer awareness noticing any sensations,
Noticing any feelings of ache or pain or stuckness sending your breath there gently creating more space,
More expansion,
More ease and as you do that just like that with your breath you invite an intention in your mind to create more space in your outer life.

What do you need in this moment?
Noticing what comes up to your breath,
Taking all that in with each breath you're creating spaciousness in your body,
In your mind bringing in more ease,
More clarity and as you go back to your day or transition from this meditation you'll feel that sense of expansion from your breath you'll feel that sense of focus and ease and simply that awareness will help you not just come back to this moment but stay in this place of coherence and presence.
