Holly McFee is a yoga teacher who combines the beauty of traditional yoga with the evidence of modern neuroscience to support your whole-person wellbeing. In around 2010, fed up with trying to get to the gym on a lunchtime, she tried yoga for the first time and quite simply floated back to the office. She was hooked. Yoga is - there is no doubt in her mind - an incredible tool for helping you live with more ease. Helping you rest, effectively. Helping you feel confident, calm and ready for life. Helping you reduce anxiety, stress and overwhelm. As such, Holly's work focuses on using yoga as a practical tool to reduce anxiety, stress and overwhelm, support rest and recovery, regulate the nervous system and help you feel more confident, calm and capable in everyday life.
